Qaulity hotel but you may have to ask to get your room cleaned

Pros: Nearly everything about the hotel is great: the staff, the location, the breakfast.

Cons: The one problem, and I really don't know how a hotel of this standard could let this happen, was the cleaning of the rooms. On 3 occassions my room was not cleaned until after 4:30pm. This was a real pain as it impacted afternoon naps and showering after the beach. I had to asked for the room to be cleaned and I know I was not alone (I could hear the woman in the room next door go crazy at reception over the issue and another of my friends had the same problem) although some friends encountered no problems. I really can't understand how a quality hotel fails to get such a basic thing right.

Great stay for families

Pros: Large and clean room with comfy beds, kind and helpful staff, large amd clean swimming pools, beautiful view, great facilities for kids of all ages

Cons: Food quality and waiting time is better at other places and no smart tv to watch netflix or amazon

Pros: Everything - location right on the beach, big swimming pool, friendly and helpful staff

Cons: The room sometimes smelled strangely due to a canal just next to it.

Pros: Very good location, quite area, nice walk on the beach and promenade to ao nang busy center. Nice pools, good sunbeds, good restaurant and evening live music.

Cons: Minibar empty. Sea not great in front of the hotel - some residual waters nearby.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, I recommend it.

Pros: close to Aonang beach, many restaurants nearby, close to the boat rental place.

Cons: the room overlooked a sewage canal and the smell was sometimes unbearable

Great location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, could be more exclusive.

Pros: Location to the sea was excellent, the rooms were very comfortable and the shower was great.

Cons: The beach bar was really good but at busy times it was a challenge to get served. Non- residents were able to use the facilities and we went elsewhere for better service. Also, a terrible smell was constant around the stream running through the hotel.
