Enjoyable mostly.

Pros: The location, cleanliness and friendly happy staff. Pools were lovely as was breakfast and evening meals.

Cons: People hogging the sun lounges around the pool before breakfast by leaving their towels on multiple sunbeds, then disappearing and not returning for hours, meanwhile other people cannot find anywhere to sit to relax and have a swim, this happened every morning for the 7 days we were there. Also need to have a segregated smoking area. Need more storage for clothes in the rooms, very limited space to unpack so had to live out of suitcase.

Pros: Loved the facilities and cleanliness. Great location. Good breakfast choice.

Pros: Exceptional stay from start to finish. The cleaning service was outstanding, the rooms were spotless every day and maintained to a very high standard. The reception staff were excellent. Professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is great, but the staff truly go above and beyond. Their attitude and service made the experience exceptional. The facilities are impressive: two large swimming pools and two smaller pools, offering plenty of space and comfort. The location is perfect, directly on the beachfront and just steps from everything in Ao Nang. Highly recommended. Would absolutely stay again.

Cons: The current fitness Centre looks like a graveyard of Gym Equipment. - needs update soon!

Comfortable stay by the beach

Pros: The hotel has a fantastic location, right on the beach. We had a sea-view room, and although the sound of long-tail boats could be heard on the balcony, it didn’t bother us. The hotel has recently been renovated, and some work was still ongoing, but it didn’t affect our stay. The swimming pools are nice, massages are good and affordable, and breakfast is good. The room was spacious with a large balcony and a drying rack. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Cons: The standard of room cleaning could have been much better, and the toilet paper was not replenished adequately—we had to ask for it separately.

Pros: The whole villa was on high level and very beautiful feature such as the spa , the pool , the food in the restaurant also in 9 pm there was a fire show which was amazing. Also they bring us an amazing decoration for our honey moon and they upgraded our room

Cons: The food was very delicious but the service is not. The waiters don’t speak English well so they don’t understand what we’re talking of. The workers are nice but they are not professionals enough as we expected from a quality hotel

The best hotel in a very busy area

Pros: Property is going through some renovations although most building work completed by the time we were there, nice large pool and comfortable day beds. Nice having the spa on site for a more peaceful massage. The prices are good overall for food and drinks onsite.

Cons: The rooms are a little dated- the tvs don’t work with newer phones to cast Netflix, the hairdryer had exposed wires and was very weak, the shower gels don’t smell too good. We were disappointed the ‘on the beach’ description doesn’t mention the main walkway in between the hotel and beach with lots of traffic, so sitting in the bar felt a bit like being in a train station - that said the seats at the bar (at bit further away from road) itself were really nice. The beach has a lot of long tail boats (very loud) coming and going so is not really a beach for relaxing or bathing. Sometimes the music at the bar was too loud, and it would be nice if they put candles in the tables to build more ambience.
