Fantastic Stay with Amazing Staff and Great Family Facilities

Pros: We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back! The staff were super professional and incredibly friendly – they really made us feel welcome from start to finish. Our room had a slight smell of sewage at times, but we were able to overlook it since everything else was so great. Breakfast could feel a bit hectic during peak hours, but if you go a little earlier it’s much calmer. Even when it was busy, there was always seating available and the staff did a great job keeping the food well stocked. The pool area was fantastic, with amazing pools and fun water slides that our family loved. There is also a truly great playroom, which stays cool and comfortable during the hottest hours of the day – such a big plus! Overall, a very positive experience and a place we would definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay, would definitely return.

Pros: Big clean rooms, decent swimming pools, staff very friendly and helpful. Thursday night market in the hotel carpark was a surprise and very good. They should do more to advertise this to guests.

Great stay at a kids-friendly resort! Recommended.

Pros: We chose this hotel because of the kids swimming pool and the family room setup (2 bedrooms connected with a common living area and a kitchenette). Both of this has matched our expectations. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the staff was attentive and kind. The shuttle to the various beaches nearby was also very nice.

Cons: It’s true that there was far less sun beds by the pool than people and thus you’d have to arrive early to get one, it wasn’t a big deal for us though.

2 weeks of luxury

Pros: I scored full marks because I really can not find fault with anything. The hotel is suited to singles ,, couples and families. There are many pools so you can find a quiet place to swim and sunbathe or for the kids they have their own pool with lots of activities. My room was well soundproofed so slept soundly with no noise from rooms alongside. The duty manager Kanun was very kind to me and went out of his way to help me when my taxi failed to turn up. In fact if not for all the trouble he went to I would have missed my flight to Bangkok. I spent 2 weeks at the Wyndam and honestly did not want to leave.

Cons: I honestly can not think of anything bad to say

Pros: Room was quite spacey, hotel/breakfast staff was kind and helpful.

Cons: They do not offer breakfest tea on buffet, they have a kind of local tea which I dont find suitable for me, staff was nice to serve every time but had to wait or find somebody who can serve.

Pros: The staff were beautiful and always very helpful. The pools were always clean

Pros: Great room size and had most comfortable bed we slept in while in Thailand. Lovely staff, good pools and common areas, as well as good location. Would come again!

Central and close to fun activities

Pros: Central, clean, modern, easy access, lots of parking

Nice hotel in a good area.

Pros: The rooms are excellent, the cleaners are great, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: They allowed children under 12 in the luner sky pool, no one was challenged, there was no where near enough sunbeds for the amount of people, we stayed in block 7, great pool just infront of the block with a large area for sun bathing but no sunbeds or parasol 's.

Pros: The hotel is very big and in a great location at the center of rawai, close to anything you need.
