Pros: The landlord was very nice and actively communicated with us before and after our arrival. Because our flight arrived very early, he let us check in earlier, and he also gave me an early check-out when we left. The landlord was really enthusiastic and received us in person. The landlord also provided other services, such as renting motorcycles, etc. Finally, I would like to say that I highly recommend staying in this apartment.

A beautiful modern villa and a highlight of our stay in Thailand

Pros: Beautiful modern villa with lots of space, facilities and privacy. Check-in was smooth and the villa manager Beau was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Incredibly clean - the maids came every 2 days and the pool was cleaned weekly. One of the few places we stayed in that had everything you needed if you wanted to stay in and cook, including seasoning! It was our favourite place we stayed in Thailand. The location isn’t bad either, just know that it is a little bit of a walk to Rawai and Nai Harn beach, but if you enjoy walking like us, it shouldn’t be a problem. Grab is quick enough to get you everywhere if not, and it’s not that expensive.

Cons: The only thing missing was an iron and ironing board!

Stylish hill villa

Pros: It is very beautiful, well-equipped and designed stylish property. We enjoyed every moment of our staying. The host was very friendly and kind.

Cons: Please notice that it is far from the beach, so better to rent a scooter or car. But as we assume, the price takes this into account

Pros: New beautiful villa, with a large pool, relaxation area, comfortable bed, good water pressure, everything you need in the kitchen. The only thing missing was a mirror in the dressing room. I liked the huge TV in the living room with smart TV. The owner answered all questions.

Pros: Emplacement au calme sans vis à vis. Proximité des restaurants et commerces. Villa très confortable,moderne et bien aménagée.

Pros: - Personnel très sympathique et super arrangeant pour le check-in et le check-out (merci Madame Beau) - Endroit calme, proche de belles plages, de commerces et de nombreux restaurants - Jolie piscine, propre et chaude - Jardin et piscine sans vis-à-vis - Literie confortable - Jolie villa bien décorée et bien aménagée

Villa magnifica!

Pros: Villa bellissima con piscina privata, come da aspettative. Fornita di tutto, aria condizionata sia in cucina che in camera. Lo staff eccellente, Beau, la ragazza che ci ha assistito al check in molto gentile e molto comunicativa. L'unica cosa è un po' la posizione, meglio se avete un motorino perché per arrivarci ci sono un po di salite e non è molto vicina al centro. Ma se non avete scooter non temete, i taxi comunque vi verranno a prendere. Sia grab che bolt. Da ritornarci assolutamente.

Cons: Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto è l'assenza di uno stendipanni, che sarebbe comodo nel caso di soggiorni lunghi. A parte questo veramente perfetta!
