Always a good stay, thanks Elite team!
Pros: I always try to stay at Elite if I can because it's a smaller complex with less guests which is less hectic than some of the other aparthotels in the area. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are great and seem genuinely friendly – we really miss Zoe's greetings on his days off!
Cons: It would be nice to have a slightly longer breakfast window or an option to take a box away. As this is wellness retreat and it's in the vicinity of several fitness gyms - often the classes are during breakfast so there's not enough time to rush back. There are two pools which is great – however it can be challenging to get a lounger at the rooftop (there is only 3-4, and couple bean bags) since the area is used as restaurant. Fine if you just go for a quick dip and return to your room. The pool at gym is a nice addition (no loungers but some beanbags), however it's really dangerous when the tiles are wet – they are really slippery – I had a big fall even when I was cautious to tread carefully. Would be useful to maybe have a squeegee/ mop nearby for guests to use? Especially if people are coming up and down the stairs from steam room.

Cons: The restaurant closes a bit early (kitchen closes at 19:00hrs), otherwise nothing to complain!

Lots of potential
Pros: I stayed here recently and while the place has a lot of potential, overall it felt a bit overpriced for what it offers. I chose to pay more because the facilities looked incredible, and they are good — but given the price point, I expected more attention to detail and a better overall experience. It’s good, just not quite at the level it should be for the money. The staff were absolutely amazing, true to Thai standards. Kind, responsive, and genuinely caring — nothing at all to complain about there. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the apartment itself had most of what you’d need — although a reading light would have been a nice addition.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit disappointing. After around 8:30–9:00 there were very limited pastries and fruit left. Yes, the coffee is good and you can choose how you like your eggs, but everything else felt minimal. Again, for the price paid, I would have expected more variety and better restocking. The restaurants within the hotel are very overpriced, which is a shame considering how affordable and incredible Thai food usually is. This made it inconvenient to eat there, and while the nearest restaurant is about a 10-minute walk, that’s not ideal when it’s 32 degrees outside. The pools weren’t very convenient either. The rooftop pool in particular had very limited space to relax and chill, which took away from the experience. Overall, it was a good stay, but I expected more for the price. With a bit more thought put into the details, this place could be excellent — it just isn’t quite there yet.

Cons: The airco is far far far leliw the expexted standard and cheap and very noisy. I cannot believe this poor quality in such a high class appartement.

Very pleasant stay in a very nice hotel
Pros: Very kind and nice people. A spacious and clean room and a good breakfast. We loved all the personel there .. they help you with everything you need. With a special word for Chan ( she feels like family ), Phyu , Sao and our nurse from France ( sorry we forgot your name ) who helped us very good when Inge was ill. Sorry for all people we forgot. But we want to say the personnel was really outstanding.

Perfect for 4 nights.
Pros: Amazing, really lovely place and excellent value for money. Although the rooftop pool area is small, it’s absolutely perfect. It’s in a great location to lots of restaurants by Rawai beach front (however this is not walking distance). I would absolutely stay here again.
Cons: Location was challenging to get a grab into Patong / central Phuket. There were little to no grabs available and took us up to 1 hour to get a taxi via Bolt. The hotel did not offer their own taxi service. However the hotel does allow you to rent a bike which was great and enabled us to get round with ease.

Good value for money
Pros: Choose this place for our last two days in Phuket to wind down before a long travel back home. Good value for money. Close to Rawai fish market and some nice seafood restaurants there. Very helpful and polite staff. Fresh and clean facilities and nice little pools.
Cons: Very basic breakfast selection but ok. Main Street not walking friendly, narrow and very busy but has many shops and restaurants
