A nice and quiet residential place to stay, and still close enough to the Rawai Beach.

Pros: We initially booked into a Delux but it was too cramp for us to stay for 5 days. So we upgraded to the Penthouse that was really spacious, with separate big sized toilet and shower rooms. It has a balcony with good view. It also has kitchen facilities.

Cons: The aircon controller didn't work. It's funny that the hotel offered free sachets of coffee and tea bags to the Delux rooms but not the Penthouse. When we asked, the staff replied that it was because the Penthouse has a kitchen. We failed to see the rationale of that explanation.

Pros: Everything was great The location is very good, especially if you train in Sinbi The workers were always very nice and helpful

Cons: If you book more than 28 days, the room is only cleaned once a week. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied because they didn't take away the empty plastic ones and didn't wash the dishes

Pros: Super clean, quiet, friendly staff and owners, very clean pool - was always free when I wanted to use it. Room service every day, very quick and perfect.

Pros: Very friendly staff, daily cleaning, beds are very comfortable, located in a quiet street but close to shops, restaurants, convenient stores. All in all a very comfortable stay, I would come again!

Pros: Very nice Personel and very helpful! We will come again. The pool is very clean and rooms are cleaned daily. The owner is also very friendly and ready to help.

Pros: Everything was clean, the staff super friendly and helpful, great location for training at Sinbi Muay Thai but also easy to get around from. Extra marks given for be 2 beautiful cats who are very much in charge of the place.

Cons: The double rooms could do with a bit of maintenance and a refit but good value for money considering the price
