Great Accommodation

Pros: It was a great hotel! Central to everything and all facilities quickly accessible in the hotel including value for money washing service!

Cons: The doors slamming and no consideration from other guests with noise at late hours!

Best hotel in the area

Pros: The staff were so friendly, the sunsets from the balcony were beautiful, sauna and ice bath were fab, food was amazing. Couldn’t be more grateful for my stay

Pros: The staff are always very friendly, professional, kind, and helpful. I’d like to thank Otto in particular for his wonderful personality and excellent professionalism. The hotel is as well very clean.

Cons: It would be great if the gym were bigger and if they could provide larger paper towels in the lobby and restaurant restrooms, as the current ones are quite small.

Cons: I think the cleaning should be improved in the rooms The shower glacé you can tell wasn’t clean for long time , it should be clean after every check out For yen hotel price the sauna and steam room should be include with the stay not at extra charges

Fantastic

Pros: My stay at The Blue Mavi was perfect - I ended up extending my stay which equalled to 2 weeks there - I originally booked for 4 nights. I’ve been to various places on and near to fitness street and Mavi beats them all. Positives: - Quiet - Very clean - Great gym, swimming pool & spa - Comfortable and spacious rooms Lastly to top it off, the staff were exceptional, friendly and very welcoming every time I saw them. The workers at the front desk were great especially Tong who was always talkative and gave me advice about Thailand, Phuket and where to go etc.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the tv turning on automatically every time I came into the room which would then play an introduction to Phuket which I think needs to be removed.
