Ideal location

Pros: Ideal location, rooms were lovely and clean, water was cold at times, but bareable. The only thing missing was a full length mirror. Beds were clean and comfortable. We had 3 rooms and all rooms were clean, comfortable. We also had breakfast included which was help yourself to a basic selection but was fine for us. Staff were great, we had a good stay.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff and neat simple breakfast

Pros: Excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. The deposit was returned promptly.

Pros: It was close to the old town. The free bananas were very delicious. They gave 2 bottles od water every day.

Cons: The breakfast contains soup, jams and bread. But I think it is something cultural. So it was OK for us.

Pros: Close to Old Town. Quiet . Clean. Very good personal and staff.

Clean room, but staff need improvement

Pros: The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping was good and the room was kept clean during the stay

Cons: Unfortunately, the staff were not friendly and not very helpful. The service did not meet expectations.

Recommend- we stayed 1 night but could have stayed longer, good location.and lovely hotel

Pros: Very convenient location. Kind staff and really comfy bed. good value for what it is.

Cons: Bathroom definitely needed a deep clean.

Pros: Good location! Only a short walk away from the Old Town. The room was clean and comfy! We forgot an item in the room and staff was able to help us find it

Pros: Right by the bus station and only a few blocks away for exploring Old Phuket Town. Quite and spacious room.

Cons: Bed sheets seemed clean overall but had small hairs, almost like dog hair, in a few spots so it could cleaner.
