O'nya Phuket Hotel

Pros: We had the best stay O’nya the stuff were so friendly and the place was so clean. Would 100% recommend.

Pros: The room was cleany, the staff werw helpful, thw security man was kind, the location is 10 mins walk to central phuket..everything is around 7eleven, resturants, also the gym 5 mins walk away.. ni e offer for onya customers...the room always cleany, towels, bathroom, bed, sheets all of it

Cons: Its ok not to have elevator for our laggeges , I handeled it, not far steps

Pros: It was perfect for a short stay. The room was exquisite and the staff friendly. Breakfast is not included but there is always juice, coffee and tea available downstairs as well as cookies and savoury snacks.

Cons: The main road is very noisy but we managed to sleep well despite it.

Pros: The place is extremely beautiful and very authentic. The staff were very helpful. It's also next to three great restaurants.

Pros: The overall process for check in and check out and the rules and regulations are properly followed, the overall look of the hotel is beautiful.

Cons: none that I can think of

Stayed for two nights in our way back home. I anted a nice hotel close to big mall.

Pros: Really nice and clean hotel, excellent service. Close to main shopping mall so good for a day or two layover before heading to airport.

Cons: Big roads close so some rooms may bea bit noisy.

Pros: Had a wonderful stay here. Roomz are clean and modern, so peaceful and staff were lovely. Thanks for making my first week in phuket so good.

Beautiful hotel near Phuket Old Town

Pros: The hotel and room were beautifully decorated, blending Thai and Portuguese influences in a way that felt both modern and cultural. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed, creating a clean yet characterful atmosphere. The location is convenient—just a 15‑minute walk to Central and about a 15‑minute drive to the night market—making it easy to explore while still enjoying a peaceful stay. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary orange juice, water, tea/coffee, and Thai bites available in reception, which added a warm and welcoming feel.

Cons: There wasn’t much not to like, though for us the only downside was the absence of a Smart TV.

Pros: Super clean, new and just a really good affordable stay

Cons: Bed could be softer

Close to restaurants and shopping, do your own laundry facilities, staff very helpful. We had a terrific stay. Thank you
