Pros: Absolutely loved this hotel. Hoping to possibly to stay again this weekend if the price is right. Amazing hotel and in a great position.

Cons: 2 russians talking out side the room. But they was only trying have fun

Pros: I LOVE HOW ITS VERY VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND ITS LOCATION IS VERY CLOSE TO 7E.. EVERYTHING IS JUST A WALKING DISTANCE AWAY.. STAFF ARE SO CHILL AND VERY HELPFUL.. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND I WOULD DEFINITELY COME HERE AGAIN

Cons: The Internet is not working most of the time, and maybe this is a me issue, but i dont know how to work the TV.

Lovely stay, perfect location.

Pros: Incredible views, right by the beach, comfy beds, spacious room even with 5 people in one room.

Cons: The bed sheets had marks on them.

Our upgrade made it amazing value in a fantastic sea view room!

Pros: We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a sea view room AND WE LOVED IT!! whilst the hotel is being renovated and it’s a little patchy, the location is fantastic (right by the pier and overlooking the bay) and the view from these rooms unbeatable.

Cons: The renovation work is a little patchy, and their is no lift BUT the beds are comfy, the shower is hot, the kettle works and the towels are fresh - so it’s good value for money if you can see beyond the detail.

overall it was a good stay and the staff is friendly

Cons: there are unpleasent smell in the room.

Pros: I liked the location, it's on the beach road. And everything is nearby like 7-11, Bangla walking street, massage parlour & food centers.

Cons: I didn't liked the way to get to the hotel. And even after arriving in front of hotel, no one can see the entrance because it's all the way inside just like in a soi.

Pros: The location is close to all facilities and the front line staff are amazing especially Thida , she is kind, professional, and helpful.

Cons: Noisy neighbors ,but then it is not the hotel's fault when people forget their manners.

Pros: Good place just next to the beautiful Patong beach. Swiming pool and balcony with sea view.

Cons: Can't say this is a charming hotel. But it's good for the price we pay
