Impressive

Pros: Great hotel, lovely personnel, big room, the room was cleaned every day, they changed our towels daily including beach towels. Good choice of toiletries in the bathroom. We had a complimentary transfer back to the airport done by the owner of the hotel. Delicious and varied breakfast.

Cons: The only downside is the steep, steep last section of the road to the hotel. It is about 25 to 30 minutes walk to Bangla road, but it was OK for us, we stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Comfortable stay, staff welcoming and helpful.

Pros: Bed and pillows were comfortable, everything was clean, breakfast simple but decent, staff was great.

Cons: Wi-fi was not stable and TV therefore also. The room and facilities (e.g. swimming pool area) are in need of an update. Lobby area smelled of mould.

Cons: Breakfast starts at 7:30 am too late considering that tours and trips for tourism have regular pick up time at 7am

Pros: Perfect hotel, very clean, tasty breakfast, helpful staff, the room had everything I needed, the best hotel during my holiday. Extremely comfortable beds, I've slept like a baby. I'll be back next time I'm in Phuket

I will be coming back just to stay here

Pros: The property is located at a very convenient location. 100 metres away from all the shops, cafes and restaurants. Beautiful view from the roof top. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The staff is absolutely amazing and helpful. The beds are extremely comfortable. I slept like a baby. The breakfast served was just beyond words. I loved each and every aspect of my stay.
