Viking Nature Resort

Beautiful, relaxing and a dream but could have been made friendlier

Pros: Everything about the property was amazing, it felt like something you’d dream up. I only wish I had longer than 1 night here! We also had the best massage alongside the beach which was a nice touch!

Cons: The staff weren’t always the friendliest. The bell boys were great but we had one of the servers get very frustrated with us and stomped off angry because we asked if we could pay our bill that evening instead of on checkout. This felt very unsettling and unprofessional.

Pros: Everything was. Beautiful location, beautiful beaches!

Cons: Free breakfast was available but the buffet options were always empty most mornings. Staff were not refilling the options.

Beautiful place to stay in Koh Phi Phi.

Pros: Location as close to town ( by long tail boat) and Long Beach but also had small beaches to use close by with less people. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Restaurant dinner had lots of choices as well as BBQ fish. Breakfast was included and had lots of choice. Room was rustic as a on silts and felt like coming out of the jungle with your own balcony and hammock.

Cons: Actual room was small with no where to put bag or get anything out of your bag. Ok for a couple of days stay but we did have the basic room package. Other rooms/ huts looked much larger.

Pros: Excellent ! We had 3 different rooms and all were good! Well located, you can go to the center on foot, around 15-20 minutes walk. Great breakfast !

Amazing

Pros: Amazing place, staff, services, location, relax...I would like to come in this place again.

Cons: All was perfect.

Very friendly and great value, comfortable rooms.

Pros: It’s in a perfect beachfront location with absolutely stunning sea views. Breakfast was fantastic too – loads of choice and something for everyone. The staff were also brilliant, especially helping guests off the longtail boats with their luggage, which made arriving and leaving so much easier.

Cons: No but if we were to visit again we would stay in a deluxe room.

Breathtaking

Pros: Everything exceeded my expectations The room was over the top

Cons: The crew looked not happy at all many of them weren’t smiling back or replying to good mornings. I usually don’t even bother but my friends noticed that too, it didn’t effect our stay at all but we just found it…weird Only a couple of them were nice and smiling

Pros: Rooms, Hospitality, Food, Maya beach tour pack, attentive to guests's need, Dinner time music performance, pretty much everything

Cons: There's nothing to say negative about the property.

Pros: The cabins were absolutely beautiful with stunning views. Such a lovely setting. Good at restaurant was good. Best mojitos since arriving in Thailand. Beach and snorkeling fantastic.

Cons: On the downside access to cabins were via steep steps and we struggled with access. It was worth it though for amazing views. Would have loved room service as once we got to cabin we didn't want to leave. Quite a trek to town (,for us) but you could take water taxi from hotel.

Pleasant stay in a nature resort!

Pros: Resort perfectly designed to fit into the nature. Wooden buildings within a forest like hill. All clean and well maintained . We loved the “fat boy” sitting cushions on the beach. Nice live music in the evenings, good breakfast. Unfortunately the espresso machine was broken.

Cons: Our room was really small, no space to unpack (yes we had booked a small double room). We had one of the older houses, the newer ones look much more attractive.
