Pros: We had an excellent stay at this hotel! Everything was truly top-notch: the rooms were comfortable, clean, and very pleasant. The rooftop with the pool and sauna is a real highlight — perfect for relaxing and fully enjoying the stay. The staff is incredibly kind, always smiling and welcoming. A special mention to Alisa and Veenus, who were absolutely wonderful and very professional throughout our stay. Just a small recommendation: the quality of the bread at breakfast could be improved. It was often stale and not of the best quality, which was a bit disappointing compared to the otherwise excellent standards of the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly come back!

Great hotel and services especially for such prices!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and the hotel looks very posh and clean. Great facilities as well as lot of choices for breakfast. Will definitely come back here again if I come around!

Cons: Not very close to the beach but I did not mind it as I like walking, or just get a scooter to reach the beach!

Beautiful hotel with comfortable beds and great breakfast

Pros: Really comfortable bed, sheets and pillows. Fantastic breakfasts. Super friendly and welcoming staff.

Cons: My wife booked us a massage for my birthday. We arrived at the spa with no one there to welcome us. When asking at reception we were told to go wait in our room and will be contacted when they were ready which was around fifteen minutes later (I’m guessing people were rushed over or pulled from other duties as my masseur had rough hands and gave a terrible massage). There was no welcome spa drink or post massage drink and the whole thing felt awkward. My wife ended up taking me for another massage the day after at another spa which was incredible.

Good on the second try

Pros: The second room I was given. The facilities and the design

Cons: The first room had a mould smell and was dirty on the walls and tables, so I needed to switch the room. I would like the hotel management to add dehumidifiers to ensure the hotel stays free of mould in the long term.
