Great for money

Pros: Clean, quiet, great location, pool, turtle as a pet

Cons: Beds could be a bit softer, but that’s not fault of the hotel, it’s common issue for Phuket

Cons: What we didn’t realise is that although the property looks like it is so near the beach the only local ‘beach’ is a private strip of sand with no apparent public access. To reach any accessible beaches a car is required. Their was also limited access to restaurants and bars

Pros: A little bit aside of doing shopping, but we did not need anything else but a clean, nice, comfortable place to stay over a few nights. Clean, spacious room, nice balcony, lovely place to stay! Our visit was too short! 7 eleven near, gas station as well if by scooters/motorbikes. A nice cafe near as well. Very frienly and helpful owner and staff. Pool was nice! Felt like home! Will return for sure!

Super impressed!

Pros: Loved this room. Super spacious, clean, tidy and had a big balcony. It exceeded expectations for the price of it. I’d defo recommend!

Cons: The location.. we aren’t a fan of Phuket but had to stay there for the night. Otherwise, I can’t fault it.

Pros: Very friendly staff ( owner and maide ) which cleaned my room every day to perfection. Location great when you have a MC or car. Benjamas Place are located on a quiet road, nice and friendly neighbours. The only thing which they could do better are the small pool and the area around it and the facilities .But I had a great stay coming back next year.

Cons: Pool area and missing work out facilities.

Pros: A clean spacious room with a great view. There are two supermarkets nearby. It’s a very quiet neighbourhood. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This place is easy to find, there is a sigh at the turn.
