Great area to stay if you want to experience the party life of Patong but also want to have some quiet down time

Pros: Good location, had a balcony, good sized room, had space for bags, had a fridge and kettle, and air con. Friendly staff, 24/7 reception to get your key

Cons: Not necessarily a con - I just wasn’t used to taking the key back each and leaving at reception each time you leave the hotel. Turns out it was not bad but a safe guard

Perfectly located, a short walk from beach & clubs, amazing staff, cozy room, great value for money

Pros: Location is one of the best ever in the heart of Patong. You can literally reach everywhere on foot, especially the beach and main clubs Staff is professional, very friendly and kind Room is cozy, comfortable, spacious and good value for money WiFi signal is strong

Cons: I have really nothing to report here. I also found the whole place and the rooms have been improved since last time I was in this same hotel a couple of years ago already. Well done to management!

Pros: Staff very friendly, helpful and location not in the middle of the confusion…very quite

Cons: The bathroom not the best and the bed was quite old and making sounds but in general it was ok

Pros: Very friendly staff, nice and clean room, good price for patong, good italian restaurant integrated into the hotel

Cons: You will have to cross the main road of patong to get to the beach and the party streets, which can be overwhelming at first

Pros: good location, walking distances to lots of food courts and restaurants. Room is quiet and big enough and clean.

Pros: The location is fine and staff is friendly and attentive.

Cons: The bed sheets were stained, and there was no duvet, just a thin sheet. A blanket was available in the wardrobe, but I avoid using hotel blankets as I find them unhygienic.

Pros: Good location, close to everything but not in the craziness. Room was Clean and staff friendly.

Cons: The room is very small, it's ok if you don't have to stay in the room but just for sleeping.

Nice stay, good location

Pros: - we had a deluxe room which was huge, clean and had a balcony - bed was comfy, nice bathroom, towels and samples provided - good location right off the Main Street and 15 min walk to beach - staff were lovely and friendly - rooms made daily - extended our stay one night in a standard room, was smaller with no balcony or view but still clean and nice size

Cons: - had to leave key at reception when you leave to avoid loss. Not biggest issue but meant couldn’t leave aircon on
