Pros: Room was neat and clean, have window and balcony. Location on 5 -7 minute walking distance to bangla road and patong beach. Good value for money

Lovely room

Pros: The staff were amazing, the deluxe rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a great stay.

Great budget friendly option

Pros: The location, the quietness despite being in a busy area, the staff were amazing and so helpful, the lift for my mum was great. The beds were comfy, air con issues were resolved quickly, rooms were cleaned daily.

Cons: The breakfast was very limited. More baked goods and fruit with yoghurt would have been great.

Super lovely and friendly staff, great pool and good clean rooms :)

Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful during our entire stay, the room was really clean and a really good size. The pool was really nice and the area too.

Cons: There could be more sunbeds in the pool area if laid out horizontally but I understand why they may not but we managed to get one when we needed them :)

Good location

Pros: Great location, very attentive staff, and an excellent pool! My stay was short but very pleasant. I recommend it

Cons: The Wi-Fi wasn’t very good, the TV didn’t work properly, and the shower was a mess — it splashed water everywhere and didn’t drain well. These points could definitely be improved

Is a great hotel.

Pros: If you want to be fairly close to the centre of Patong, Bangla Street, but not right in the thick of the area, this hotel ticks the boxes, being about an 8 min walk to Bangla and 10 min to the beach. The ladies on the front desk were always friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was a bonus.

Cons: I found the guy on the front desk to be unhelpful or a little stand offish!
