Pros: Absolutely gorgeous and lovely place, you feel completely in nature within the city The staff was really brilliant, communicate and lovely. Big up to the lovely lady who helped me in the rain to find my taxi and carrying my heavy suitcase, service 💯💯

A hidden gem, well priced with fantastic staff and villas

Pros: The staff at this property were exceptional - nothing was too much trouble and they really cared about our stay. The villas are lovely, beautifully kept with a gorgeous outdoor bath and a good selection of complimentary snacks and drinks

Cons: The property is on a hillside which isn’t a problem in itself, but it is extremely steep and impossible to walk - the hotel should operate a shuttle service for guests up and down and consideration to a twice daily run to Patong (in line with a 5* hotel) and hopefully this will be in place for our next stay

Pros: Ultimate relaxation and not to far from the action but far enough away to now here the loudness of patong

Amazing and above my expectations.

Pros: They were extremely efficient and fast at getting back to me in the WhatsApp chat that they set up for any requests that I had. I've never experienced something so fast in my life when I ordered breakfast, when I needed help with anything at all. The bed is extraordinarily comfortable, it's so easy to sleep in and the place is new. Layout is nice. There's a gym there. I liked the gym. It's central to everything. Yeah, it's amazing.

Pros: It was really excellent, an unforgettable experience. I had peace and quiet working with the team was amazing. The villa is special and good. The best business vacation I had in Thailand is really excellent. You can't compare it to anywhere else because it is the best. Thank you very much. I really enjoyed it.

Pros: Everything Three Monkey Villas is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay in Phuket, but what really made the experience exceptional was the staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. Every team member was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable — always with a warm smile and a calm, professional attitude. The villas themselves are clean, well-designed, and set in a lush, peaceful environment — perfect for unwinding. The location is also ideal: close to restaurants and beaches, yet still quiet enough to relax. But again, it’s the people here who make the real difference. Their care and hospitality gave the whole stay a personal touch that’s hard to find. I’d definitely come back — not just for the place, but for the team that makes it feel like home.
