The Olive Studio Room at Chic Condominium

We had an awesome stay here

Pros: Excelent location, 10 min from the beach, wifi works great. The host waited for us to deliver the key (we arrived late ; around 22:00). We had a really nice stay here. Did not use the pool or the gym.

Cons: Not much to say here. I am sure the host will find a way to fix any small incoveniences that might come up during the stay. She answers very fast when u need something.

Pros: Beautiful modern apartment a few minutes from Karon Beach and shops

Cons: I would have likes a bigger pool area with more than 4 sun loungers so I could stay by pool longer

Pros: The olive room was great for our stay, we needed an apartment where we could do some washing half way through our trip, the washing machine was great and plenty of space to hang clothes out to dry. The check in was smooth and the woman who we dealt with (cannot remember names) was very friendly and helpful. The room is large, bed is comfy but I do prefer it firm and that’s how it is. The facilities are all generally good, comes with everything you may need (iron, kettle, cookware etc). Air con was also nice and the view from the balcony is a good one.

Cons: The shower/bath in one doesn’t work the best, there isn’t a curtain and the water just seems to run down the back and round the side of the wall so the floor ends up soaking. Something could be changed to stop this but it’s not a deal breaker.

overall, we were very pleased with the property!

Pros: There was no breakfast included with the room but it had a kitchenette so that was really good. We were able to make coffee in the morning and pick up a few things for breakfast. The room was in an apartment building at the top of a hill so if walking is an issue, this room may not work for some. The apartment is about 1 km from the beach so an easy walk for most people. Also, there were lots of excellent restaurants close by. The main road is busy but all of Phuket is busy!

Cons: There was no shower curtain so the water ran onto the bathroom floor. I would recommend a shower curtain. Also, the water system needs to be explained when renters arrive. There is a reset button that renters must be aware of so they get hot water. Our concerns were immediately dealt with so compliments to the owner and her staff. Overall, we were very pleased with the property! Would stay there again!

Pros: Замечательный номер,отличный вид из окна..Всё чисто, уютно. Имеется Всё необходимое для длительного проживания.( кухня ,стиральная машина, посуда и т.д) Очень приятная хозяйка Лилль , обязательно хотим вернуться именно в этот номер А 614.Мы в Тайланде уже 10 раз и очень любим это Кондо Шик .

Хорошие апарты. Просторные, чистые, есть все необходимое.

Pros: Хорошие апартаменты вдали от шума и суматохи. До моря минут 10 пешком. Пляж людный и шумный, учтите это. В доме есть бассейн и спортзал. Рядом несколько магазинов, всё необходимое можно купить. Если выйти на дорогу и пойти направо, у храма есть неприглядная кафешка с тайской кухней. Очень вкусно кормят.

Cons: Были заминки при заселении. Но хозяин очень милый и приветливый.

Pros: Unterkunft hat kein Frühstück, aber eine Küche mit Kochgelegenhei

В целом, картина очень хорошая для проживания не на долгий срок

Pros: Вид из квартиры просто невероятный. Квартира очень просторная, укомплектована всем необходимым.

Cons: Есть вопросы к уборке в квартире. Когда мы заселились, ощущение было, что в квартире не мыли пол и не протирали пыль перед заездом новых гостей. Нам пришлось самостоятельно мыть пол, чтобы снять ощущение грязного пола. Про этом швабра в квартире очень плохая. Также в квартире не очень хорошая ванная: нет шторки и напор воды очень плохой

Pros: Ich bin von der Wohnung begeistert! Sehr schöne Aussicht, grosser Balkon und ein sehr bequemes Bett. Es hat eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, Geschirr und alles was es zum Verweilen braucht. Der Markt, Restaurants und Geschäfte befinden sich in Gehdistanz! Eine klare Empfehlung!

Cons: Der Pool ist nicht sonderlich gross.

Pros: Отличный бассейн, тренажерный зал. Удобно расположен . Тихо.
