Pros: Quiet relaxing place with nice pools. Room was very spacious. A lot of options for breakfast

A retreat from the chaos

Pros: Amazing stay at the Gallery! We chose this place because it is a little further away from the noise and chaos of Phuket, the beach is just down the road and there are excellent coffee places on the way and nearby. The beds are super comfortable and the staff are friendly, the pool is lovely and it’s nice that there is a separate pool for children too. Can’t recommend enough!

Cons: Nothing! The only thing I’d say if you want to do other island excursions or see the other parts of Phuket it is far away, but that is also the charm of this place 🩷✨

Reasonably priced hotel at Nai Harn

Pros: We chose this hotel to stay at the Nai Harn beach area. We liked the biggest pool with very long opening hours. It was romantic to swim under the stars.

Cons: Did not enjoy the walk to the beach. No sidewalk. Be ware of the sharp corners in the shallow pool, my kid got hurt. Ride to the airport took almost 2 hours.

Pros: the hotel is super quiet and very close the the beach. The breakfast, simply amazing

A great trip to Naiharn!

Pros: Perfect location if you want to spend time at Nai Harn beach and the surrounding areas. I liked the room - simple yet modern and beds comfy/pillows feathery. Loved the ground floor balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area is absolutely stunning! Perfect place.

Cons: I found the corridor to be noisy. Maybe this was more the location of my room. I could hear housekeeping laughing and chatting loudly early and I could hear other hotel guests singing in the corridors. Saturday night music was blaring until after midnight from somewhere. Not necessarily bad noises - but just loud if you are noise sensitive.

Absolutely amazing hotel — we keep coming back!

Pros: We stayed at The Gallery Hotel Nai Harn for the second year in a row, and once again we loved everything about it. The location is perfect — just a 10-minute walk to the beach, and right nearby you have everything you might need: a great currency exchange office, a 7-Eleven, fresh juice stands, cafes, restaurants — all within walking distance. The pools are clean and refreshing — perfect to cool off any time of day. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and always welcoming. Daily housekeeping was excellent — they changed towels and bed linen every day, and the room was always spotless. We’re very happy with our stay and would absolutely choose this hotel again for our next trip. Everything was just perfect, and we really felt at home here. Highly recommended!

Huge potential but missing profesionalism

Pros: The location is realy close to Nai Harn, the best Phuket beach. The swimming pool is really huge

Cons: This place pretends to be high standard, but too many things miss to reach it ...Stayesd there over 7 nights and the elevator became really dirty and nobody cared, outside bar from photos is non existing, the gym AC works so badly, you feel actually in sauna. You can order food in your room but there is no table to eat by. Many employees there but everybody is on his phone and doesn't even pretend to work. To my opinion this hotel need a serious manager to handle the staff and keep en eye on things. Having an amazing pool isn't enough

Very enjoyable.

Pros: Service from the staff was excellent. Great swimming pools and the beach is close by with the lifeguards always present. Surroundings quiet and peaceful. will definitely visit again.
