Switzerland 🇨🇭

Pros: Shuttle service from the hotel to the beach is ok. You need to book in advance since there is only one van. Pool is nice. Quiet place since the road leading to the hotel is almost a dead end (Grab Drivers hesitated often to go up the hill)

Cons: they keep playing the same two songs for the whole day which we found really annoying during meals served by the pool. Doors were slamming : Please consider changing the closing system to avoid the noise

A wonderful hotel

Pros: We stayed 37 days in a lovely sunny room with sea view.The manager Naay was wonderful.The staff was always smiling and very helpful.We loved the breakfast which had a lot of variety of dishes both local and western food.The atmosphere of the hotel is calming .The swimming pool is lovely .To sum up ,we really enjoyed the hotel

Best hotel if you want sudden view and piece quite

Pros: The hotel was very clean and staff were always friendly. The location was nice and quite away from the busy Phuket. The view was fantastic from the hotel high on the side of a mountain and can see Phuket Kata and the beach and the mountain.

Cons: The only minor issue was that you cannot walk to the beach or city centra and needed to book a taxi or hire transport. Maybe the hotel could extend the free transport after 6pm

Wonderful

Pros: The hotel staff is extremely customer focused. They were extremely accommodating and made our stay an absolute pleasure. we travelled around Thailand and stayed in a few different hotels and Yama stood out very clearly as a top performer. The hotel was clean, rooms well maintained with very well trained staff who consistently provide great service. I usually dont bother doing reviews but my experience at Yama motivated me to share my experience

Pros: It's a good, clean hotel with a very good breakfast. It would have received the highest rating if it wasn't so far from everything, but you have a bus service to and from the beach which is ok, but in the evening it's harder to walk, plus any taxi has a minimum value of 200bth regardless of whether you come from Patong or from 2 km from the beach. I got a packed breakfast for the day with a trip at 6 am, they have beach towels. The price is quite high for Thailand, but at least they have quality services.
