Ideal for my stay in Patong

Pros: Prompt replies from staff to my requests: check-in times & quiet room, with great flexibility given. Excellent Italian restaurant on site.

Cons: TV is a little tired, but used my iPad instead…… no issue for me.

Basic but bearable

Pros: Good restaurant down stairs and great coffee, happy friendly staff

Cons: The floor was really dirty I couldn't walk bare foot, asked twice for it to be cleaned but it never happened, towels and bedding were not changed in a week

Great value and comfortable. Will stay again.

Pros: - Walking distance to the beach and Bangla road. - Can take the Smart bus to old Phuket right in front and few minutes away for the local bus. - So many local street vendors, restaurants around and two 7/11s. - working AC and fast WIFI. - clean and room is in good condition.

Cons: - not sufficient soundproofing (bring ear plugs) - questionable locks to your room so it wasn't that secure. (didn't lock my room at all, as I brought/hid my valuables instead) - no house keeping? (stayed for a week, no housekeeping even though the sign says there is) - not enough and questionable outlets. (plugs weren't secured and feel like its going to start a fire, haha)
