Kraam Silhouette Hotel and Cafe Phuket- Chalong pier Hotel

Pros: We had a really great stay here and honestly felt at home from day one. The place was clean, comfortable, and very well taken care of. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful, truly some of the sweetest people we’ve met during our trip. They helped us with everything and even arranged a scooter rental through their local contacts, which made getting around super easy. They also gave us a free room upgrade when our original one wasn’t available, which we really appreciated. And the little kittens around the property are absolutely adorable! Overall, such a lovely experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Great place to stay nice and quiet and the staff are really helpful and friendly.

Pros: I could not recommend this amazing resort any more if I tried and not just because of how accommodating they were to me through having to fly home after and injury but just the over all friendliness, cleanliness and vibe of the resort is EXCEPTIONAL It was exactly what I needed a quiet get away and it just so happened that one of the top Muay Thai gyms is 500 m walking distance. Also only a 10-15 bike trip to any main eating areas or sporting gyms etc

Cons: That I couldn’t stay longer No unfortunately I had a few issues with my tv but I was more than compensated

Pros: I don’t understand why this place has such a low rating. I asked for a quiet room with fast WiFi and that’s exactly what i got. WiFi was more than 400mbs. Perfect for remote work. Plus the jungle view was magnificent. Of course, for this place you need to have a scooter, but that’s the choice - have a quiet place in the jungle and ride a scooter 5 min to the street or place next to all services but in the Main Street. The hosts were extremely helpful and nice. Even organise a scooter for me without any commission for a market price. The same with the taxi to the airport. - it was cheaper than grab. I stay around 10 days. It was amazing and next time I will also stay there.

Pros: KRAAM Silhouette Hotel & Cafe is an absolute delight – beautifully designed and thoughtfully put together in every way. I stayed in one of the ground floor units, and I was immediately impressed by the interior layout and stylish decor. Everything felt carefully curated, well-organized, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the lush greenery surrounding the exterior – the plants create such a calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it feel like a peaceful oasis in the city. Having access to a washing machine as a guest was a huge plus – super convenient and easy to use, especially for longer stays. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my time here, always ready to assist with a smile. If you’re looking for a well-designed, comfortable place to stay with a relaxing vibe and top-notch service, KRAAM is definitely the place to be. Highly recommended!

Cozy and comfortable

Pros: The place is very quiet, and the staff are doing their best to make our stay comfortable. It has a welcoming, hostel-like vibe, where people can easily gather, chat, and connect. The common areas create a social atmosphere, making it a great spot for travelers who enjoy meeting new people.

Lovely little hotel with fantastic staff and communication

Pros: Nice little hotel with a cafe attached to the bottom. The hotel was close to where we needed to be so very convenient. There’s an awesome Muay Thai Acadamy just past the hotel on the right 😊 The staff are so friendly and helpful and if you’re lucky the kittens might come and play with you 🥰

Cons: Nothing, everything was great.
