Thames Tara Private Pool Villa Rawai Phuket

Stay was satisfying but it’s was a busy season so we paid more than the actual rate.

Pros: I liked the cleanliness of the property Location is a lil far from Phuket town,Patong beach/kata beach but area was quite and calm.

Cons: The breakfast was standardized same set everyday with fried egg,sausage ,meal slice, and fruits with no other choices. There is no one to contact at night and early morning in the reception except for a night security guard .

Enjoyable if you want to cook yourself and relax by the pool

Pros: Loved the private pool and the staff were very helpful on any requests

Cons: would have loved an on site restaurant and location required a lot of grabs

A private and clean home to come back to after whole days-out! The staff were attentive and helpful.

Pros: The place was private and clean. The staff were attentive and helpful. Check-in and service was awesome and any issues or problems were immediately acknowledged. Honestly really enjoyed this spot to come home to after long days of touring and walking! It's tucked away but it was great for us lads.

Cons: The beds were a bit too firm and this wasn't the comfiest! I'd definitely get new mattresses if we were to stay there longer.

Pros: Great area and very comfortable and private place to stay. Easy access to different parts of the city and the staff and security were very polite and there was daily housekeeping.

Spectacular

Pros: Comfortable, luxurious stayed with 3 of my friends so there was 4 of us. We booked out this whole villa there was 4 rooms. All had their own private shower and bathroom. This resort also comes with a laundry too so if you’re a freak like me and like to do your washing on holidays this was a huge plus. The staff was so polite filled with kindness. Housekeeping was there everyday without fail which wasn’t even needed but did an incredible job keeping our places spotless and fresh at all times. All aircons work perfectly and the pool was so much fun!

Cons: Not that I didn’t like it but this property is a tiny bit closer to Chalong than rawaii. It’s still very close not even a 8 minute drive till rawaii. Wasn’t a problem at all but if you want to stay in the centre of rawaii this isn’t quite it. BUT it is perfect if you want to be close to Chalong and rawaii so that’s a major bonus.

Great private accomodation

Pros: No breakfast provided. Great private pool villa for a party of 7!

Cons: The build/ construction of the place isn’t seamless. There was a hole in the door and the tap wasn’t secured to the sink so it rattled against the mirror. Minor things, still functional.

Overall, a nice, comfortable place to stay with the family

Pros: The rooms, the privacy, the personal facilities are all fantastic. Being able to have a private pool, kitchen, separate the rooms, this was all a big positive.

Cons: It was a little bit far from food markets etc. But I suppose this was the somewhat offset by the fact you have cooking facilities.

Great place to stay

Pros: Great location, perfect private villas. Each room has a seperate bathroom. Small kitchenette with dinning table and full sized fridge.

Cons: The adorable cats we couldn’t take home 🫩

Loved it!

Pros: Loved the spacious rooms! We are a family of 5 and we all had our own space. Pool in the middle is a perfect idea! We could have a chill while keeping an eye on the kids. Lovely helpful staff. And my kids loved all thr cats roaming around they were supe4 friendly :) Great location on the middle of all the great spots.

Cons: No shops near us but an easy Grab ride away, and reception had a few essentials there, like beer fizzy water etc.

Great villa for a short stay

Pros: Lovely clean villa in a small resort. Lovely clean pool. Rooms surrounding pool were very spacious and clean with comfy beds and good black out curtains. All with separate air con units.

Cons: Living area very small and compact but not too much of an issue as didn't spend much time inside. Rural location made it difficult to walk anywhere had to rely on taxis. Not much space around pool to relax or sunbathe.
