Alaita Boutique Phuket

Pros: The owner is helpful and really nice. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Cons: I was in a room heading towards road and it was pretty noisy for sleeping even when the tereace doors where closed. If you can sleep with a bit of noise, this place is great.

Pros: Pom was amazing!! Will return when we are back in Phuket :)

Best hotel

Pros: We loved everything about the property - the room was very clean and pretty, pool was also clean, breakfast and fresh coconuts- also amazing. And the staff - they were very helping and smiling all the time!

Nice room and location and good value for money

Pros: Location slightly away from the main tourist track which was nice. Massages at the spa on site were fabuous!

Cons: Slight smell of drains from the bathroom but when the door was closed it was fine.

Pros: Absolutely lovely stay!!! I cannot rate this place enough. The women who run the hotel are so lovely and helpful 😊!! They made us feel so welcome and at home. The hotel is so clean and spacious. Thank you again we will definately be back!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The standard of this hotel is excellent, the cleaning was exceptional. The staff very friendly There have bicycles that you can use to get about for free, or mopeds for a small fee.

Cons: There is no alcohol at this hotel, while it didn't spoil the stay, it would have been nice. The food menu is minimal but good.

Pros: It was very clean and peaceful, safe and secure. Lovely pool area - better than pictures!

Cons: No staff on the premises over night apart from security guard

Pros: Location was in quite a quiet area, not too far from Phuket old town. You could rent a scooter so it was easy to get around and explore. Very friendly staff, Suwanee and the team made our stay very enjoyable. Suwanee is always willing to go the extra mile. Large room with fridge, microwave, kitchenette. Very relaxing experience compared to the hustle and bustle in Patong and other busy areas in Phuket.

Cons: Bed was slightly hard, but we were provided with an extra mattress topper for a small fee per night.

Decent

Pros: The room is good, condotel like set-up with basic amenities. Wifi is overall great, warm water and comfortable beds. The restaurant is limited but there are Grab delivery options nearby. Especially good for travelers who have their own transportations secured, or for those who just want to crash poolside away from tourists.

Cons: The venue is great, but because the location is far form any tourist sites meaning that the grab rates are often expensive and that riders/drivers will be hesitant to pick you up. Especially during peak hours you really need to haggle or pay extra . Avoid this by having your own transportation. Rooms face road-side, so light sleepers might also experience problems, and personally I like a separate shower from the main bathroom - the set-up now is open, and while maintained clean this means that after you shower your whole bathroom is soaked.
