Pros: liked the place very clean lost the key i drop it and somehow went right through the timber flooring gap near the pool area it was my fault and yeah i payed for it the team a staff where nice about it

Cons: nothing was good gym could do with a bit of fixing but after that really good

Pros: The pool was great. The rooms were nice and staff very friendly. Breakfast was amazing!

Cons: Our said there was a restaurant bit there wasn't. It had a hostel feel too the main room which was fine but not reallt what we had been expecting.

The manager alone is an angel and could not be happier with the choice, would 100% return!

Pros: Walkable distance to beaches and town, or a very quick ride. Spacious room with balcony, as well as wardrobe and drawers, bottles of water supplied daily with cleaning, swimming pool and exercise room.

Cons: Little pricy due to high season but I could see this value drop a load if booked in advance

Pros: The Ratana Hotel Staff were very friendly, good and helpful. This made our stay there more relaxed and enjoyable.

Pros: All the staff working there made me feel most welcome. I booked 10 nights and each day when I returned after exploring parts of the Island my room was always wonderfully clean.

Great value

Pros: Great value for money. Lovely staff, room clean. Lovely pool which is a great sun trap. Restaurants and a lovely park not far away. Short taxi ride to old town and the peninsula. A shout out to the lovely lady who sells pizzas about 50m south of the hotel, they were lovely if you fancy a change from Thai food.

Cons: Bit picky but taxi ride to get to most places of interest but that's the same with everywhere.

Overall, the price for the room is fair, especially if the hotel is repainted and the gym is put in order. Thank you to

Pros: My husband and I stayed at Ratana for three weeks. The staff was very nice and always happy to help. We loved the large bed in our room and the fact that we stayed on the 5th floor, as it meant no snakes or other animals could get into the room. There’s also a 7/11 just a three-minute walk from the hotel.

Cons: We didn’t like the gym because there’s no air conditioning, and the area has no ventilation, making it difficult to exercise. Additionally, only one treadmill was functional. The hotel could use some repainting, as it doesn’t feel fresh. The location is about a 35-50 minute drive from all the main beaches (Kata, Karon, Banana, etc.), but it’s conveniently close to Phuket Town and Central Festival, both just a 20-minute drive away.

Pros: Big room. Nice window view. Near to scuba diving places.

Cons: Far from all beaches.
