Need One more Air-condition for the bed room.

Cons: Staffing levels should be increased, and the manager should enhance his public communication skills and area knowledge to better assist tourists.

Pros: Super cute place and very clean and modern. The rooms were big and the bed comfortable and ceiling fan a well needed bonus in this heat!

Cons: The area is a bit of a walk to the market and main streets. Would have been even better if it was nearer the market

Pros: We stayed here to be close to the ferry terminal to head out the islands early. The pool looked nice. Didnt stay long enough to use.

Cons: The noise from a bar or club was super nosiy. But earplugs work when traveling. We booked two rooms. Would have been good to be next to each other. But understand this isn’t always possible. Shower in one room had no hot water.

It is a very nice place to stay and staff are lovely and helpful.

Pros: Conveniently situated. Spotlessly clean. Nice splash pool. Washing machine and microwave to use. Cutlery and crockery available for use. Kettle and coffee in my room.

Pros: Lovely little hotel, the room was absolutely gorgeous. We only stayed one night.

Cons: It felt a bit far from the town, especially at night. But once we'd got our bearings it was doable.

Cons: The toilet was hard to flush and didn’t always work, a bit noisy also on the night being right next to a pub/bar music until 3/4am, also cockerels on site which was very loud in a morning! Was too far to visit Patong area, grabs wouldn’t pick up for journeys there which was a shame

Lovely stay in this place , i'd choose it again

Pros: Loved the privacy we got, the location, its just a quick 10 min walk to the old town market. Away from the honking but still close to the main touristy area. The hygiene, it was squeaky clean, smelled fresh, nice comfortable bed, which is q requirement when u come back tired from exploring the city. Elec sockets for everything, Very well managed. The reviews mentioned that the place is next to a very loud pub. But we went during national mourning time after queen died. So it was quite silent. Which we loved. They changed the towels everyday and have a small dip pool and a laundry area, all kitchen stuff ( utensil/microwave) as well in the common eating area.

Cons: No staff was present, whenever we needed them. Ofcos they were available on the chat. But sometimes u need suggestions from ur hotel abt things, abt local etiquettes, abt eating places recommendations, what to buy and how much to pay for it. I think that part was missing. Well that is best for the introverts. But I think my husband and I were expecting some form of interaction. Also shower is a bit slow, and the toilet jet is super strong . That could be worked upon. We still used it and were fine though
