Hao Hostel Phuket

So -so

Pros: We were there for a very short time - merely 3-4 hours. So cannot describe much.

Cons: The bathroom was outside.

Value for money, clean rooms with prime location. 5 mins walk to the Old Town

Pros: The rooms were clean and neat. The sheets and blankets were clean. The room smelled good daily. The rooms are pretty well lit and natural light was great during the day. The entrance to the rooms has a cafe and it smells amazing daily. I love the vibe of the cafe and the rooms. There is a shared meeting room as well which has a water heater, microwave and few utensils and has a smoking area outside too. The AC's and everything worked well in the rooms.

Cons: Shared bathroom was the biggest issue. Although the bathroom stayed pretty vacant at all times, having to share restroom is something i wasnt expecting while booking. They recently updated from Hostel to Hotel, hopefully they will add more restrooms. They definitely need to add laundry option as well. There is no lift/elevator in the hotel.

Overall good

Pros: Very good location, right at the old part of the town. The bed is comfy and room is spacious.

Cons: The bathroom is one floor below so it is a bit far to walk. Also there is just one bathroom for the whole floor. The door to the room didn’t feel secure, it is just a regular interior door with a simple lock. and there is no safe box so I was worried about someone breaking in.

Pros: food here was delicious, and room service was always quick. perfect for a lazy night in or when I wanted a great meal without leaving the hotel

Pros: Das Zimmer war sehr groß und schön hell eingerichtet, nettes Personal

Cons: Kein offenes Essen liegen lassen, sonst kommen Ameisen!!

Quiet, comfy, and good food

Pros: quiet rooms where I could actually work and great food options when I needed a break. And the coffee kept me fueled for the day.

Clean and friendly—just what I needed

Pros: The hotel was super clean, which I really appreciated and the staff was always there with a smile. It was a pleasure staying here, and they made me feel so welcome

Pros: Spent an evenings on the terrace just enjoying the view and friendly vibe, and having darts was such a nice bonus. Great choice if you want a mix of relaxation and fun!

Pros: The hotel is also very conveniently located near Phuket’s top attractions, which made exploring the city so easy
