Nice hostel, but not for everyone

Pros: Its called the view for a reason - the view from the hostel is amazing. At night you can see fire show on the beach. It is very clean. There are snacks like cookies, coffee, tea, bananas, bread, spreads. Also instant noodles which you can make there for free as they have drinkable water dispenser (hot and cold). The hostel is has more of calm vibes. It is not a party hostel and it is a bit more difficult to make connections. However, if you like to approach people, you will make new friends.

Cons: I agree with other reviews that the hill where the hostel located is very steep, however for a traveler it shouldn’t be an issue. Also, it is possible to arrange a pickup from the pier. However going up and down takes some time and effort. One thing i didnt like is that the shower is not separated from the toilet which makes toilet floor wet after showering. I am not picky on beds, but I can see how some people might complain about the hardness of the beds. At night you can feel the beat coming from parties on the beach which might be an issue for light sleepers.

Pros: View, place, workers, cleaning service and welcoming. Maybe taught to reach because it is on a hill, but it pays off.

Pros: It's the place with the best view on the Island and cleanest Hostel I have ever seen. I had even a bed with a window that was watching to the sea. Yea the hostel is a bit higher situated, but the staff is coming to pick you up from the Pier. The Staff and owner are amazing. You can have tea, coffee, swwets and banana there. Everything there is super organisiert, people keep the rules. I liked the place so much

Beautiful views and one of the most accommodating hostels, but almost impossible to sleep

Pros: the view really is amazing, the staff was also very nice. they also provide a lot of free stuff, like a small breakfast - coffee, tea, bread, jam, butter, cookies, cup noodles - they are available any time for free to have a little snack. they also provide everything you would need in the bathroom - even hair conditioner! and sunscreen, mosquito repellent etc.

Cons: it's a little walk uphill, but it's ok because the island is very small but the noise! oh my god I saw it in the reviews before that you can hear the music from the beach, but I thought a little noise is okay, but you CAN REALLY HEAR THE MUSIC AND FEEL THE BASS, even through earplugs. don't expect any sleep until 4-5 am (or just go out to the party). I think it' because the beach and the music is down in a valley and the hostel is up on the hillside, so the sound really gets carried on. so the accommodations just a few streets away from the party were much more quiet.

Excellent place, kind staff, and beautiful energy

Pros: This place is absolutely fantastic — everything about it! The staff is very kind and welcoming, the cleanliness is excellent, and the location offers stunning views. They kindly help with carrying luggage to and from the pier. They also provide snacks, coffee, water, tea, bananas, and cookies. Tours and laundry services are available at excellent prices. The ladies who run the place are beautiful souls, with an uplifting and touching energy. I 100% recommend this place. The guests are also respectful and clean.

Magical place.

Pros: The view of this hostel is unmatched. The best hostel I have ever stayed in. They arranged me a pick up from the port and I was blessed to have had the help up the hill. Amazing hospitality and service of everyone in the hostel. Good place, provided food and snacks and really you can tell local people take care of their guests.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Amazing view and comfy stay

Pros: The dorm is very big so there is plenty of space to walk around and leave your bags. Both the room and bathrooms were kept clean. The view from here is amazing, you can see over the whole of Phi Phi and makes the walk up there worth it. They have a water refill machine as well which is handy and reduces use of plastic.

Cons: The walk up and down is hard work but gets your heart pumping!

Outstanding, 10’s all round

Pros: Everything was amazing, staff so friendly, rooms clean and nice, good WiFi, snacks and drinks. Everything about the stay was a 10. Incredible view

Cons: Nothing, everything was amazing

Pros: Absolutely fantastic hostel. Tons of free amenities: towels? Covered. Free Snacks? Tons. Even some ramen pots! Showers? Free shampoo, soap, AND conditioner. The beds? Super comfy. Airco? Of course. Need food/drinks? There's a small fridge to purchase from. And the view? Absolutely spectacular. It's way out of the way at the top of the village so you avoid all the noise and busyness of phi phi town. Watching the sunset from up here is breathtaking, and it's the perfect getaway for any backpacker. Honestly, I feel bad for people in the resorts in town as this place gives the feel of a 5 star paradise in many ways!

Cons: Nothing to add, besides maybe the charging outlets. They're a bit unstable, so my phone often stopped charging.

Pros: Everything! The view from the terrace is just amazing , the staff is so kind and the room is very clean !

Cons: à little bit noisy because of the parties at the beachfront but it was totally fine for me
