Would recommend, new unit and strategic location

Pros: The condo is new and the location is central, convenient. Near to all amenities, western food, local thai food, massages, convenience store, groceries etc. Good value for money. Unit is clean and well furnished. Tv is big, with washing machine, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, hairdryer,etc. All equipment are new too. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They will also contact in advance to make sure everything is ready for check in and check out.

Cons: The overall unit is new and clean however there is some smell in the toilet after staying 1-2 days. Suspect something to do with the inadequate drainage design. Unit has no smell during check in. Was also caught off guard that this unit requires damage deposit in cash directly to staff (not through booking.com). It was my mistake, this is stated in booking.com. just need to be aware so prepared with cash upfront.
