Pros: The staff were really nice and welcoming. Everything was very clean, and the location is great—within walking distance to many nice restaurants in Patong Beach and the beach itself.

Cons: The only thing I would suggest improving is adding an exhaust fan in the bathroom and toilet, as our room didn’t have one. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Lovely and welcoming staff. Exceptionally clean, excellent value for money and good location

Pros: Very welcoming, friendly and helpful owner. Felt at home from the start. Good location, close to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Huge and clean room and bathroom.

Stayed here twice and will stay again

Pros: Second time I have stayed here. Short walk to beach, Bangla Road and Otop. 7 eleven and super cheap on road out the front. Very quiet. Always perfectly clean. Opposite Patong Whiskey who supply most alcohol in Patong. They have a shop a few doors down on same side as this hotel. Cheapest place I have seen in Thailand to buy alcohol - happy days.

Excellent clean accomodation short walk to everything

Pros: Great accomodation down a soi near the end of the second road. Convenience store pretty much on main road next to the soi. Easy check in. Friendly staff and the lady that does the cleaning is very thorough. Room very clean, 2 bottles of water a day. Shower works well, no curtain but never wets the rest of the bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Easy walk to beach and Bangla.
