The Krabi Forest Homestay

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Krabi Forest Homestay. From the moment we arrived, we were given a very warm welcome with cold drinks, which was such a lovely touch after travelling. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and always smiling. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and they were always happy to help with anything we needed. They also gave us several complimentary extras during our stay, including a massage, laundry, and breakfast, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. It really made our stay feel extra special. Our bungalow was clean, tidy, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The whole atmosphere of the place is relaxed and welcoming, which made it very easy to feel at home. We would highly recommend Krabi Forest Homestay to anyone visiting the area, and we would definitely love to come back again in the future.

Good quality hotel with fantastic staff.

Pros: Good quality hotel, with clean, spacious rooms arranged with plenty of plants around. The location is close to the busy areas but quiet due to its layout. The main comment to make is on tue excellent staff, particularly at reception. I had am issue with booking that was clearly the fault of Booking.com. When I tried to resolve, Booking.com was very unhelpful, but in the end, the Forest Homestay staff stepped in and settled the issue. For this, I was extremely grateful. Not often you get such excellent customer service.

Pros: The staff could not have been more helpful and generous to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I was overwhelmed by how kind they were to me when I was faced with an issue I didn't know how to resolve. Absolutely first class customer service which is so rare nowadays

Cons: The room we stayed in was 'quirky'. I really liked it but my travelling companion didn't. It's not modern, it's a bit 'jungle themed' & you either like this type of décor or you don't so look at the photos before booking!

Pros: The staff there are amazing and the location is great especially for a budget hotel

Perfect stay!

Pros: Gorgeous room, very clean. The staff are SO lovely and we’re so happy to help and do anything to make our stay better. I would really recommend. The location is in a great location and such great value for money.

Pros: The stuff was very gentle, helpful and considerate. They helped me with the tours or to arrange anything I need. They were always able to help me. The location is amazing because it’s central and the camping vibe I loved it as well. It just fits the Thailand itself.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. We had a small issue with a water facility that was making some noise, and they immediately offered to turn it off at night and move us to another room as soon as one became available. As a kind gesture, they also gave us complimentary breakfast, which we truly appreciated. They went above and beyond by helping us communicate with drivers and even treated us to a complimentary massage — such a thoughtful and generous touch! The hotel itself is peaceful and charming. The bed was very comfortable, the room had complete blackout darkness for a perfect night’s sleep, and the shower was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming stay!

A fantastic stay, quietly tucked away in the middle of the best spots in Krabi

Pros: The location and quiet atmosphere. And the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.

Cons: A slightly more modern TV with apps just in case of a rainy day.
