Thanid House

Excellent accommodation and super friendly and thoughtful host

Pros: The location is very peaceful but not too far away from restaurants for breakfast or dinner on foot. Best to hire a scooter from Thanid to explore the beautiful island.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations for a weeks stay . Thanid House has everything that you need for a really enjoyable stay. It was one of the best accommodation during our 5 weeks touring around Thailand. Thanks Thanid

Pros: Thanid is very nice and caring. They really can handle everything. The house is very well maintained and perfectly clean. The location is great due to the location of the beach and restaurants. You can explore the whole island by scooter from Thanid.

Amazing

Pros: The property is immaculate, spacious and comfortable. So well kept. A decent kitchen equipped with appliances, a washing machine, space for drying and many more small details made it feel like my own holiday home. I rented a scooter from Thanid at a good price. The scooter was in perfect condition and came with all the insurance documents etc. Thanid also helped with booking a couple of boat trips too. Such a lovely owner. Yao Noi is a beautifully peaceful island and Thanid House is in perfect keeping with that 🙏

Amazing and comfortable place at a super price.

Pros: We were immediately impressed by the standard, solid built and cleanliness of Thanid’s place. The property was bigger than it seemed from the photos and had a lovely atmosphere. Thanid organised everything for us, always double-checking that we were happy and that transport had turned up, etc. It felt like real luxury that everything had been thought through and arranged to make our stay the most comfortable, imaginable. Thanid is a total delight. Very kind and attentive, even bringing us Thai sweets and fruits from the local neighbourhood. We loved every minute of our stay and made use of one of the scooters, too.

Pros: Can't fault Thanid House. Stayed for 3 weeks and it was perfect. The living room is very large with a kitchen to cook if needed. The bed was very comfortable and not too hard. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Thanid is a wonderful host who provided me with lots of local information including the best places for breakfast and coffee. You can rent a scooter from her or use a bicycle for free. When I come back to the island I will not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

A very pleasant stay

Pros: We stayed 6 nights and it was like coming back home every day, the house is spacious and comfortable, the landlady lives upstairs and is very nice and kind, her house manager Sara lives next door and they were both very welcoming without being intrusive. They cleaned the house and changed towels half way through our stay which we didn’t expect and it was a nice surprise. We liked sitting on the terrace for breakfast and before dinner and look at the birds in the day we hired a scooter from Thanida and explored the island. The bedroom has a/c, the kitchen has microwave kettle, toaster coffee and tea and a big fridge with lots of water. The location is halfway between the town and the nearest beach (near sunset bar), it was very quiet. Thanida can also arrange a taxi to/from pier.

Pros: La propriétaire est extraordinaire. Elle s'occupe de votre séjour sur l'île comme une agente... ou presque. Elle est très à votre écoute, par téléphone intelligent ou en personne. À vous de lui partager vos besoins/questions. La maison est très bien située. Sur une petite rue très calme, elle est à 2 minutes du centre du village. Tout le rez-de-chaussée de la maison est loué. C'est spacieux et relativement bien équipé: kitchenette, AirCon, 2 fans, télé, canapé, frigo... et même une laveuse est disponible, dehors.

Pros: Eigenares pro-actief, zeee behulpzaam, gastvrij. Huis is lekker ruim, goed, groot bed

Cons: Niets

Alles in einem sehr schön und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!!

Pros: Sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Gastgeberin war extrem aufmerksam und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons: Das Haus ist nicht weit von der Straße mit relativ viel Verkehr und etwas laut. Aber nicht bis spät.
