A relaxing holiday in a tranquil location in a quality property

Pros: Clean, well appointed, spacious, private. Staff are friendly and amazing.

Cons: Unsure about using the bar as no signs to say it was open

Pros: The villas are extremely spacious and private when you consider the market around Rawai, they are great value for money. Its a family run business so you get the feeling they really care for their guests and their experience. The bed is super comfy, and good for my back. I like the seperate outside kitchen and living area with powerful fans to keep it cool. Rawai is a good spot for a more relaxed and less commericial scene than Kata and Karon, Nai Harn beach is excellent, parking, seats and shade if you wajt but not to many of them and lovely swimming water.

Cons: All good and reasonable.

Perfect for just relaxing

Pros: This was a littlw oasis, perfect for just relaxing for the first days after landing in Thailand. The villa was beautiful, spacious and very clean, and we especially liked the front terrace (with an outdoor kitchenette and a fan) and a small private garden. The pool area and the garden were nice and the property overall well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing really, but it is a bit walking to the beach, where all restaurants minimarts etc are. The walk is hower ok in the evening when not so hot (the road was well lit). You can also ask for a scooter at the hotel.

Definitely coming back!

Pros: Everything about the property, very spacious, lovely decor, area, cleanliness. One of the best places I stayed at in rawai. I’ll definitely be back!

Pros: What a beautiful place to stay. Clean, peaceful and beautifully kept. The staff are very friendly, the private Villa’s have their own entrances and gardens. A lovely swimming pool with sun lounge, tables and chairs shower and Hammam. The setting is beautiful, and well kept! The properties are attended to everyday and very clean. We booked 3 nights here and extended our stay to 2 weeks.

Pros: Everything was top and the host was super friendly. big garden and nice seating on terrace

Place in Rawai that I would stay at again

Pros: It’s very quiet. Close enough to Rawai if you drive. Comfy bed, clean and well maintained rooms and Aircons were quiet. Beautiful garden setting. I paid about 4000 Bhat per night during high season and felt it was good value for money.

Cons: Honestly just two things that bothered me: Nice warm lights everywhere in the garden and outside give the place a great homely luxe feel. However, Inside the owner has put very bright and very cold white led lights that cannot be dimmed and a blue mood light that is completely out of place. This really cheapens the feel of the place and at night is just way too bright if one wants to ready and wind down in the room. Hope this is something you can change and improve. The curtains also feel very cheap, Thailand has so many great natural fabrics and these blue shiny curtains again feel like they belong into a cheap motel. This wouldn’t stop me from coming back, but I feel the place could be so much better if this was changed.

All ways a pleasant stay

Pros: I have stayed at this property so many times it fills liked my second home. Staff are amazing the rooms are great it’s the only place I’ll stay when visiting Phuket.

Pros: Peaceful, beautifully presented, extremely kind and attentive and went well above and beyond all expectations.
