Good value for money.

Pros: We felt comfortable. A simple hotel, but neat. Don't expect a VIP room for this price. The room has everything you need, it's a bit old, but that didn't bother us. There are lots of beautiful cats on the grounds. Breakfast is not included, but toast and watermelon are included in the price. Coffee and tea are always available. You can rent a bike right away or order one.

Cons: Everything is a bit old-fashioned.

Cons: a lot of building stuff in front of my window, not a lot of view or sunlight coming inside the bedroom. the kitchen is not accessible for customers to make small meals, but only microwave

Pros: Guest house in a quiet location and close to rawai beach. Very friendly and always available staff. The rooms are not large but the bed is very comfortable. If you are looking for a family and quiet environment, Sandy House is the right place.

Pros: Quiet. Quaint. Lovely cactus. I liked the way they left the big trees.

Cons: Bathroom mildew. Hot water took a long time in shower.

Good value for money, nice location and friendly/helpful staff.

Pros: I review this place already. See my other review I guess but in summary it was nice and tidy, lived up to expectations, was close to the beach and bus to airport, little dining area to make coffee and eat, friendly staff. Good value for money. Also you can rent a motorbike here too.

Cons: There wasn't anything to complain about. One little issue if i had to have an issue was that the staff (like most accommodations these days) clean your room without asking permission. However I spoke to the receptionist and she sorted it out and didn't have that issue again. So no complaint really.
