B&B NAMO PHUKET

Pros: The owner is one of the nicest people I've ever met! stayed up to greet us and have us water and fruit for our travels the next morning. room size is good and everything is clean.

Cons: The location wasn't the greatest for what we wanted but there is a great market not far called chillva.

Pros: I liked everything about the property especially how the hostess welcomed me.

Pros: Quita nice place , owner of the hostel is really helpful

Pros: The manager was amazing and she was always helpful

Pros: Owner was most friendly and welcoming, room is spacious and bright, even with a desk. AC worked fine. Good view over the nearby hills. Feeling like at home at Namo house !

Cons: Overall cleaning could be a bit better. Bed was a little hard for my taste.

The owner of thr hotel is very friendly & helpful. She even did my washing!

Pros: The location was great for me. Close to my son's apartment & close to the elephant sanctuary which was excellent.

Cons: It says breakfast included but it isn't. It was still called for money.

It was the best experience ever!

Pros: This is the best place in the world! the most beautiful lady owns this places and she is the most welcoming person who treats you as part of her family!

Pros: The host Thip is really wonderful person, she helped us with everything and was very nice. :)

Great experience with helpful staff - Would always come back

Pros: Lovely experience. Thip was extremely friendly from the beggining and helped us with any small aspect of our trip. She rents motorbike what is perfect to explore Phuket. She also helped us to book our ferry transfer to Phi Phi and to do our laundry. Would always recommend and in my future trips to Phuket will certainly stay there again. The Location for me is good, because it is in the middle between Phuket Old Town and Patong Beach, so very convenient to explore the island by motorbike.

Cons: If you plan to stay in walkable distance from point of interests this place could not be ideal for you.

Great place to stay

Pros: The owner of the property, Thip, went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She gave us access to her kitchen so we were able to cook for our kids throughout our entire stay! After travelling and eating out for 15 days it was a welcome surprise to be able to cook to our hearts content!! Thip also dropped us off to various activities and picked us up when needed. She showed genuine concern for my daughter when we arrived after a full day of travelling and gave her bike to my husband to get a few bit from the shops- no questions asked! A genuinely caring and kind soul ❤️

Cons: One of the rooms we were given was on the ground floor without a proper window so we didn’t have much in terms of sunlight. However, other rooms in the property are large, light and airy so it may be worth asking for one of those. Everything else was great
