Loft Style 4BR Villa Sunset Garden 4 with 12m Salt Water Pool

Great villa but had to pay for power

Pros: The villa is well laid out and suited us perfectly as we each had a bedroom and ensuite. The villa is well situated with good local restaurants within walking distance. The villa is modern and has Bluetooth connectivity for streaming music from your devices to either the living room and or the outdoor area.

Cons: The shower screens were not clean even though the villa was cleaned every day by 2 cleaners. We had to pay for the power used in the villa, which is something I've never had to do before and the place appears not to be insulated as we used about 60kw per day and that's with shutting everything off whilst we were out each day. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from under the kitchen sink/ dishwasher, and as a result, we didn't use the dishwasher.

A relaxing stay away from the hustle & bustle of the streets

Pros: The villa looks so modern & rooms are clean. The surrounding villas are super quiet. The staff are so easy & lovely to communicate with through Whatsapp.

Cons: The air conditioning in one of the rooms leaked & it took maintenance to come twice to figure it out. Once the leak was fixed we couldn’t control the air conditioning so it stayed on 24/7. In another room the air conditioning didn’t turn off at all so it got really cold at night.

We had a blast! Would love to come back one day! Highly recommend!

Pros: We absolutely loved staying at Sunset Garden Villa in Phuket. The Villa offers a serene and luxurious escape, modern design and top-notch amenities provide a perfect blend of comfort and style. The villa is very spacious, and each room has its own bathroom which we loved. The outside area with the pool is amazing, swimming pool very clean with lights changing colours. Our host Nick provided the exceptional service, whose warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. Nick gave us some recommendations to make our stay easier. We felt very welcomed! Highly recommended for a tranquil and memorable getaway.

Villa exceptionnelle, mais méritant quelques travaux de finition et d’installation de brise vue pour plus d’intimité

Pros: Les volumes la taille de la piscine les chambres et les salles de bains, l’accueil du personnel de Club miracle

Cons: Le manque de vis-à-vis avec les autres Villas voisines (pas de brise vue, musique avec enceintes à fond dans la journée, il n’y avait que quatre verres à pied et très peu de vaisselle et de couverts, disponible alors que la maison fait quatre chambres. Les finitions commencent à être usée (joint de baignoire à refaire) bases de la structure métallique autour de la piscine rouillée à cause du sel. Porte d’entrée ne fermant pas à clef.

Pros: Definitely a place to come back... Everything is so beautiful and clean... Staff it's very very friendly...

Cons: The electricity that you pay at the end it's overpriced... That's something that they need to work on...

Pros: Magnifique Rien a dire je recommande x1000. Un staff de qualité, tjr disponible avec un groupe WhatsApp pour échanger sur la logistique du logement c'est incroyable. Une maison moderne équipée et connectée avec Gardien. La literie magnifique. Netflix ect... Un service de nettoyage de qualité tt les jours. Vraiment bravo aux propriétaires. Vous faites un boulot exceptionnel.

Cons: Ras tt est parfait ❤️

Pros: Le rapport qualité incroyable. Les équipements de la villa sont vraiment modernes est agréables à utiliser. Personnel sympa et très réactifs.

Cons: Le manque de linge dans les toilettes. Pas de pattes pour nettoyer la table ni de linges pour nettoyer les mains ou la vaisselle. L'électricité à payé en plus.

Pros: 中国人不骗中国人，非常愉快的一次入住体验，管家、保洁、维修都非常及时，有微信群可以随时和管家保持联系，各种需求都可以及时满足。泳池很棒，房间干净，下次有机会来的话还是会选择这家。

Cons: 遗憾的是客厅空调从入住到退房都没修好。

Pros: حجم الفيلا كبير وكانت تتكون من 4 غرف نوم كل غرفة بدورة مياة مستقلة ومسبح كان رائع ويوجد خصوصيه في الفيلا موقع الفيلا قريب من شارع رئيسي يبعد عنها 5 دقائق مشي يوجد به خدمات من سوبر ماركت وصيدليه (ومسجد ) وتبديل عمله ومحلات مساج بكثررررره كما يوجد محل مساج العاملين فيه كفيفين وسعرهم اقل من المحلات الاخرى

Cons: كان حجزي للفيلا رقم 4 وكانت في اخر المجمع وكان طريق الدخول لها متعب لوجود منحدر متدرج ويوجد درج للصعود الى الفيلا وهذا متعب لمن معه كبار في السن كما ان السيارة تقف في بداية المجمع ويجب عليك حمل الحقائب الى الفيلا وقت التنظيف يتم تحديده من قبلهم وكل يوم مختلف عن الاخر وليس لدي خيار في تغيير الوقت عمال النظافة عندما يدخلون للتنظيف يتركون الباب مفتوح مما يتسبب بدخول النامس بكثره والبرص (الوزغ) كما ان استهلاك الكهرباء يحسب عليك عند الخروج وخلال تواجدنا كان هناك قط ازعجنا بصوته خلال الليل الفيلا ينقصها مستلزمات دورات المياه حيث تم اعطائنا اول يوم فقط

Pros: Un super accueil de Nick, tout autant que le Check out qui s’est très bien passé. Nick et son staff sont très réactifs sur les demandes. La villa est superbe et dans un endroit très tranquille, c’était un séjour magnifique !
