Good location, size, needs modernising though

Pros: The size of the room was good, plenty of storage, the staff were very nice and when I told one of the guys downstairs that the air con was dripping, he was apologetic and offered me a different room. I declined because I don't use air con and they fixed it within a couple of days. The man's very friendly and helpful. And the location is great!

Cons: The towels are white so a lot of them (although they're clean), they have dirty stains and the cleaner wasn't always proactive in providing more soap/ shampoo but that's a small complaint. The furniture's dated so the place would benefit from a refurb but then the price would probably go up... it's very good value for money.

Very welcoming stay in central location.

Pros: The owners were super friendly, very welcoming and very helpful! We didn’t turn up for the last leg of our stay (plans had changed!) and they ever so kindly checked in on us to make sure we were okay. Just a very short walk from Bangla road, the beach and the shopping mall. Will be returning next year!

Pros: my trip to Thailand at the Cozy went very well. The Cozy is very well located 5 minutes from Bangla Road and the shopping center. I appreciated the availability of the owner, the quality of the room. The room is very large, cleaning is done every day. Thanks to FAH and Ice, the night receptionists for their kindness. Highly recommend 5*

Pros: エアコントラブルがあったが適切に対応してくれた。また、ロケーションはとても良く、値段の割にきちんとタオルを交換してくれるし水回りもそれほど汚くない。ここが汚くて泊まれないという人は逆に倍くらいの値段がかかるホテルに泊まる必要があるかもしれない。

Cons: たまに前の通りのトゥクトゥクがうるさい。
