Fairly good

Pros: Good location, close to the beach (500 m), close to shops. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons: Hotel needs upgrade, bathroom/shower needs replaced. Noise from outside. TV not working.

Pros: The location was perfect and staff were friendly and helpful always

Cons: We had one of the front room roadside so was very noisy but obviously cannot be helped by the hotel

Pros: The location very strategic near to restaurant, and 7e beside the hotel. The beach and shopping also can be reached by walking. The host is very kind and considerate to us. I might pay higher rate since its peak season but its worth it.

Cons: Hotel dont have elevator. Only stairs. But not a problem for us family with kids .

Pros: Perfect location, very short walk to ao nang beach and right next to the markets and restaurants. I wish I'd have got the guys name who was ALWAYS working but he literally worked day and night and couldn't do more to keep you happy. Great for our needs.

Cons: For the price you pay, nothing to complain about.

Great place to stay with friendly staff

Pros: Big room, nice clean bathroom and lovely lovely owner. We had a problem with Netflix and she did everything she could to help us get it working, so kind and helpful thank you !

Lovely place to stay in Ao Nang

Pros: Location was perfect, room big and well equiped. Personel was very friendly and helpfull and available all the time. Lots of storage space in room. Good value dor money.

Cons: Nothing. Forget the previous (bad) reviews you might have seen for this place; realy not true.

Pros: Big room, very clean, good aircon. Nice and quiet at night. Right by a 7/11 and the location is great. WiFi worked amazingly.

Cons: The man on reception wasn’t the friendliest when I checked in. Check in was from 2pm but when I arrived I was told I couldn’t check in til 6pm because there was an issue with the aircon. I asked could I have a different room then and there was huffing and puffing but I eventually got a key and was able to check in. Not sure what that was about! No lift which is a bit annoying but not a big deal

Pros: Fantastic value for money for a private room compared to similar options in the area. Can use the balcony chair as a desk chair if you need to do some work on laptop like I did, had no issues with wifi. 5-15mins walk from beach(s) depending on which part of the beach you go to, plus fairly close to big night market and town centre

Cons: Balcony door lock didn't work. but didn't matter so much given the height, plus there is a safe in the room for valuables. Probably a small isolated room specific thing or maybe me
