Great location and very comfortable apartment.

Pros: Close to shops and restaurants. Close to the beach

Great stay, everything within walking g distance and the hotel facilities were all very satisfactory.

Pros: The apartment was large and spacious, people on the app often complained about the bed, it was completely fine, soft and good pillows. The balcony for my stay was facing the hill behind so not much of a view but still good. The pool and gym were great, sun usually on the pool from morning until early afternoon. After which the hotel is equidistant from the 2 beaches. There are restaurants and a shop all within walking distance of the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Cons: The only negatives are, as people have mentioned, the electricity as extra payment at the end of your stay. Also there was one free cleaning for my room (any extra cleaning visits need to be paid for). I told the landlord what time I would like the room to be cleaned so I organized my day to be out at that time. I came back 2 hours after the room was supposed to be cleaned and the room was still not done so I had to organize for another day. Only a little bit frustrating but nothing major, they have many rooms to clean throughout the day.

Kamala regent, great apartment!

Pros: We were transferred to another apartment due to this apartment becoming unavailable, so we stayed at Kamala regent which was amazing, we had our own private pool, and apartment was beautiful and close to amenities via taxi. Host was lovely, had a great time there.

Pros: Pros: - Spacious apartments featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, totaling over 1,500 square feet, plus a huge balcony with sea and city views - Large, comfortable beds - Fully equipped kitchen with a stove, sink, and refrigerator - Quiet and peaceful location - Surin Beach is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel - Excellent pool in the hotel courtyard - Responsive and helpful staff - Nearby local cafes offering Thai and European cuisine, as well as massage salons

Cons: Cons: - Expensive electricity, which required an additional payment - Closed rooftop cafe and pool during the off-season

Pros: Very spacious apartment, fully furnished, fell like at home

Very relaxing apartments

Pros: The apartments are beautiful and larger than you would expect for the price. Pool is lovely and the gym is functional to keep you ticking over

Cons: It was slightly out of the way - 20-30 mins walk to beach and half hour down to Patong etc

After our initial hiccup the stay was great.

Pros: The apartment was good, the location good and the staff exceptional.

Cons: The “penthouse” apartment that we were given when we checked in was not what we booked on Booking.com It was a dump. It smelt of mould, it was dirty and in need of repair. It wasn’t what we booked and because we had checked in we couldn’t access the booking email from Booking.com After much discussion with property management we were moved to another room which was the room we thought we had booked. I feel that the photos on Booking.com are misleading. The hotel staff were fantastic and fixed the issue, however had it been high season they would not have been able to do that.

Relaxing

Pros: Very happy with everything, Staff were great, Lots of restaurants close by, Easy to hear car / motorbike in short walking distance.

Cons: Russians are everywhere, not that I hate Russians, just they can be ignorant 🙄 and have no consideration for others.

Good for families who need space for everyone!

Pros: The apartment was spacious, clean - the pool was lovely and people were nice. Location was quite good, near the beach and close to restaurants and shops too. Good value for money.
