great apartment, good location, lovely pools

Pros: Great condo at the Wydham la vita, privately managed through a management company. The apartment is in good condition, comfortable, spacious. Pool towels provided. Property is maintained, quiet, clean and well located with many beautiful pools throughout. Happy hours at the pool bars. Location is near a few scooter rentals. Do not choose the first on the main street they overcharge, check the ones next to it.

Cons: The rooftop pool has a minimum per person of 200 baht when you're already staying at the facilities. Building is a bit of a walk from the main street. Minimum stay is 5 days so if you want to extend it you have to coordinate with the management via booking. Would be more convenient with shorter stays allowed to do it through the app. But regardless the management was easy to communicate with, just added an extra step. stayed a total of 7 days with 2 extensions, loved the place!
