Pros: A very nice accommodation option. It’s a room in a wonderful 5-star hotel at a reasonable price. The room had a small kitchen, which was very convenient. Beautiful, well-maintained hotel with many pools. Great location near Ravai Beach, lots of cafes, shops, restaurants, massage places, a fish market, and boats that can take you to nearby islands.

Cons: There are no real downsides. Since you’re renting the room from a private owner rather than directly from the hotel, there’s no breakfast included, and cleaning is done once a week. However, the good price fully makes up for that.

Pros: The property was very clean .. and a good Location

Cons: Nothing property was amazing however the resort suffers from hot water issues .. and we only ever had luke warm water for a few minutes

A gem of an apartment

Pros: Perfect location and well equipped and clean , short walk to Rawai beach and all restaurants and bars. Would not hesitate to stay here again. The rooftop pool and fitness centre were also excellent 👌. 5 star indeed.

Pros: Mari is very welcoming and supportive owner- provided help to sort out problems unrelated to accomodation, very grateful for that La Vita Wyndham hotel/condo is quite modern complex looks to be one of the best at Rawai-Nai Harn Apartment provided with all neccesary amenities and nice little things, comfortable and modern

Def best option in Rawai

Pros: Very easy check in process, great parking, room was spotless clean and bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Really enjoyed my stay. Don’t use pool as I wasn’t here long enough but great facilities in hotel esp rooftop pool. Easy walk to sea. No hot water though for shower which was only downfall. Not major issue for me as it was very humid outside anyway so didn’t need it super hot.
