Pros: The apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay. Very comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. The air con and fans were amazing in the 34* heat. The area is beautiful and only a few minute walk to shops/bars etc. I loved sitting in the big picture window early morning watching the sun come up over the lake. Definitely recommendes.

Pros: No deposit. Hassle free accommodation. Great location

Cons: Bedroom facing road can get a bit noisy but closing the sliding door & opening the lounge windows / door worked, or use the aircon if that's your thing.

Pros: Responsive staff. Great grounds. Can access cassia hotel pool next door. Clean new apartment. Would stay again if Phuket wasn’t so crowded and overpriced as of 2025 😂

Pros: Schöne Größe, 2 Klimaanlagen außerhalb des Schlafzimmer sehr gut fürs Schlafen perfekt. Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel und allem vorhanden. Bequemes Bett und schöner Pool.

Cons: Etwas weit vom Strand weg wenn man zu Fuß laufen muss, wenn der Boot Shuttle nicht fährt. Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig abends und man muss ein wenig laufen um in die Stadt zu gelangen.

Pros: Наше пребывание в Cassia Residence было превосходным. Все необходимое и даже больше было доступно. Кораблик курсировал регулярно и нас доставлял на пляж. Также недалеко было дойти до пляжа пешком по тенистому лесочку. Рядом с Cassia Residence в пешей доступности магазины, обменники, рестораны. Сама квартира уютная и чистая. Шум от дороги мне и моим детям не мешал, ночью транспорта нет почти. Плюс в том, что с этой стороны солнце не светит в окна весь день и не было жарко. Хозяйка была так добра и разрешила нам очень поздний выезд. Спасибо огромное! Однозначно рекомендую и сами вернемся!

Heerlijk appartement

Pros: Heel modern, mooi en schoon appartement. Op loopafstand van supermarkt en pleintje met winkels waar in het weekend een gezellige foodmarket is. Loopafstand van strand, maar er is ook een (gratis) shuttleboot die je naar de overkant van het meer brengt en dan sta je direct op het strand. Heerlijk rustig zwembad met aangename temperatuur. Je kunt ook het zwembad van het naastgelegen hotel nog gebruiken. En is een voordelige shuttlebus naar 2 grotere plaatsen in de buurt.

Cons: Kleine verbetertip: als je met zijn 4-en bent slapen er 2 op de slaapbank in de woonkamer. 1 raam hier heeft echter geen gordijnen, waardoor je ‘s morgens vroeg wakker wordt van het licht. Wij hebben dit opgelost door er een donker laken voor te hangen.

Pros: Top top top Der Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Lage war sehr gut. Unterkunft war sehr gut alles sauber alles ordentlich. Schüsse. Übergabe war super. Einfach kann ich nur jeden empfehlen, der mit seiner Familie zum Urlaub fahren.
