Pros: The apartment was very clean, very well equipped, quiet at night and in a very good location.

Cons: The mattress in bedroom 2 was not the most comfortable, otherwise the apartment is perfect.

Nice short stay but poor weather, typical Phuket at this time of the year

Pros: Хорошие апартаменты, 2 полноценные комнаты и кухня-гостиная. Окна выходят на дорогу, но нас это не смущало. С хозяйкой общались через сообщения, нам разрешили заехать раньше времени, за что отдельное спасибо! Чисто, аккуратно. Кондиционеры в каждой комнате. Полноценная кухня. Рекомендую)

Pros: Аппартаменты очень комфортные. Для семьи с детьми вообще отлично. Расположение удачное и на пляж не далеко и до всех ресторанов то же. Очень красиво вокруг.

Pros: Хорошие апартаменты. Море, магазин, кафе все не далеко.

Cons: Шум от дороги, нет средства для посуды, мыла.

Staying at Cassia Residences was truly exceptional

Pros: This was my family's first time staying at a condominium, and while I had a few uncertainties at first, the experience turned out to be truly exceptional. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities listed in the description, all of which were in great condition. As for the facilities, we particularly appreciated having access to Cassia Hotel’s swimming pool, as it was slightly larger than the one in the Cassia Residences area. Although I didn’t get to meet the host, Ira, in person, she was an absolute pleasure to communicate with online and quick to response to any of my issues. One of the highlights for me was also the location. Bang Tao Beach was indeed close. We either walked there or took a free boat near the apartment. Plus, there was a fantastic selection of restaurants and coffee shops in close proximity to us.

Cons: There wasn’t anything in particular that I disliked about my stay. However, since the apartment is located near the road, some noise from motorbikes and cars can be heard at times. I think it’s not as loud as one might expect, especially considering that the condo is in 3rd floor. If you're traveling with a baby or are sensitive to noise, keep that in mind.
