Cassia Residences by NLA

Pros: Our stay at Cassia Residences was nothing short of wonderful. The residence itself is superb—spacious, modern, and very well-equipped, providing a true home-away-from-home feeling. The amenities and location are excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. ​What really elevated the experience, however, was the incredible service, particularly from Nick. From the moment we arrived until we left, Nick was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He was responsive to all our queries and provided fantastic local recommendations. His dedication to guest satisfaction is a real asset to NLA. ​We highly recommend this property for a memorable Phuket trip!

Pros: The place is beautiful, the view is stunning, and the cleanliness is high. All kitchen tools are available. The complex has 24-hour security, and if an order is placed, the delivery person doesn't enter the residence to ensure safety. The Laguna area is quiet and luxurious. Yuri is a kind and understanding person who helps when we ask for assistance! It's great, and I would repeat staying in this area and complex 🌟

Amazing apartment with home comforts throughout.

Pros: We loved the apartment, the view of the lake and sea was so tranquil and calming. Yuri was a great manager who was super helpful throughout. The beds were comfy and bathrooms well equipped with toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, crockery and cutlery. The WiFi was stable throughout. Showers were powerful and warm. The decor was welcoming and it felt like home.

Cons: Nothing at all. It was perfect.

Pros: Fantastic family stay at Cassia Residence – everything was perfect! We stayed as a family at Cassia Residence and had a wonderful experience. Our apartment was on the ground floor – absolutely stunning, spacious, and beautifully designed. Everything felt brand new, with modern furniture and all the amenities you could possibly need – something many other hotels just don’t offer. The view was gorgeous, and we really appreciated the convenient shuttle boat that takes you across the lake to the beach and shopping areas – such a unique and relaxing way to get around. Overall, we had a fantastic time. The location is peaceful, the surroundings are beautiful, and the atmosphere is perfect for both rest and family time. Would definitely return!

Cons: The only small downside was the deposit – 15,000 THB felt a bit high. However, it was fully refunded at checkout without any issues.

Pros: I liked it was very central only 10 mins from beach and shops and restaurants

Pros: Fantastic location: 1 lake boat ride or 5 min walk from private beach space, close to mart, sidewalks all over the roads Excellent apartment: good furniture, everything needed is included, terrace with perfect view Terrific host: fast answers, great recommendations, nice attitude

Cons: Boats don't have schedule they follow, rarely but hotel could block pass through and you must use sidewalk, so keep it in mind

Pros: Отличный апартаменты с шикарным видом, все удобно, все новое! Юрий помогал с заселением и вообще со всеми вопросами!все помог и сделал. Расположение удачное, пляж на паромчике, вообщем супер!
