Great Value for Cozy Apartment

Pros: The apartment was really well-furnished, I found everything I needed and even more than I expected. So I really appreciate the convenience organised by the owner Mr. Rome🙏🏻 The location was comfortable as well.

Pros: It was a pleasure to stay there. Mr. Rome was really helpful and he prepared every necessary thing for us. I recommend to stay here!

Pros: The accomodation is perfect! Very good location, comfortable, super clean, with everything we need for 3 days in Phuket. We enjoyed a lot.

Pros: The apartment was super clean, Mr. Rome was very welcoming and easy going host. Also very helpful. We loved the apartment. We will definitely come back.

Cons: Just wished if the pool and gym were serviceable.

Pros: Fantastic time not long enough next time I will stay longer.only downfall was swimming pool was closed the apartment is spotlessly clean and got everything you need even a washing machine host was so nice sent me regular messages and was on hand to answer any questions even came all the way back to bring me powder for washer thank you so much will definitely be back

The best apartment close to old town of Phuket Don't miss it!!

Pros: The best location, good for walking to old town, have everything you need around so comfy, apartment clean, the bed so comfy and all you want look like at home, full of water in the fridge for free, the owner not in apartments but always take care and contact so feeling warm welcome

Cons: Only hope the door fix and have a good code for lock in, it's not confuse, apartment still in renovation so swimming pool and gym are not open

Pros: El personal muy amable y atento a todo lo que necesitábamos. La ubicación era muy buena. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario de utensilios y de primera necesidad. La cama era perfecta, grande y muy cómoda cosa que se agradece después de un día largo.

Cons: Las instalaciones de la residencia están muy descuidadas, el gimnasio no funciona, la piscina tampoco está disponible, está todo muy sucio, deteriorado, con telarañas , el ascensor muy sucio, muy descuidado todo, una pena porque si estuviera más cuidada sería un gran sitio. La habitación y el piso en general olía mucho a humedad.

Good value in Puket Town

Pros: The apartment is wonderful, clean, big, comfortable. Communication with Mr. Rome was great. He took great care of us and even brought extra towels before we asked. Walking distance to some nice restaurants is about 10 to 15 minute. Walk to old town..

Cons: The building itself was once in great Shape but the outside, pool and fitness room are very. Rundown, the pool and fitness room are not usable and filled with junk, which is too bad.

Pros: Quartier sympa pas trop loin du vieux Phuket. L'attention que nous a porté notre hôte. Appartement bien équipé.

Cons: La piscine en travaux. Terrasse très petite.
