Nice room

Pros: Location great 10 mins walking to old town. Didn't use communal area so can't comment. Room good and clean. Lovely little veranda.

Cons: Bed very hard and very uncomfortable, pillows hard too. Only one thin cover for bed had to ask for another as was cold.

Pros: The location is amazing! Far from the beach, but right in Phuket city centre - everything in walking distance. The staff is helping and speaks great English! It's far for the money :)

Cons: The shower is very old, and the sink is on the balcony with a concrete floor, not ideal for barefoot.

Really nice stay, with all I needed.

Pros: The location is pretty convenient, both the airport bus and local buses are stopping very nearbythe. The staff is very kind, the room was nicely kept clean and stocked throughout my stay. Midway to my stay I was even upgraded to a bigger and nicer room.

Cons: The aforementioned room update came very last minute while I was out on a boat trip. This meant that I couldn't pack my own stuff and the staff had to move my personal belonging. If I was told the night before at least this could've been avoided and it would be a 10/10. The first room also had a bit of a weird feature where the sink was on the balcony. It wasn't really a problem but I haven't seen anything like that before. This last thing is very much just a personal preference but as a side sleeper I found the mattresses a little bit too hard, but I still managed to sleep fairly well. I would still happily return here, so these are only minor things.

Pros: Location is great, quick walk into Phuket old town but without being in the hustle and bustle and noisy! Loads of shops and restaurants near- our favourite was literally across the road at Moona's Kitchen they do amazing western and Thai food at amazing prices and the family who run it are just class, so friendly! Kitchen at the hotel has all the basics, there's a gorgeous garden area you can eat in. Rooms are a good size, air con works well, balcony is perfect size for two to sit on in the evenings. Staff were so friendly and helpful, after our mattress was super hard they swapped us for a new mattress no problem. There is a washing machine that's 40 baht to use, but it's a big drum so you can get a lot done. Really loved this place 💚

Cons: The mattress is very very firm. The first one we had was so hard we couldn't do more than a night on it. The one we got swapped was still very hard but better. Potentially a cultural difference in regards to mattresses firmness.

Pros: Great place, close to Phuket town, great little market behind.

Pros: Basic but it had everything you needed and very cheap to stay here

Nice clean relaxing stay

Pros: It’s very relaxed and everyone is chill and friendly and there is plenty of cooking facilities in the kitchen to make what u want. It’s clean and the employees are always on top of things. Very good security.

Cons: The property is far from from the beach’s and more busy places but if you like relaxing place this is good

Very nice and clean stay

Pros: Large and clean room! Loads of furniture in the room. Comfortable bed. Daily Cleaning. Very nice and clean kitchen. Washing machine available at the property. Large bathroom so you don't wet your toilet every time you shower. Mosquito nets in the kitchen. Good AC. Convenient location.

Cons: No mosquito nets. There is only an electric frying pan in the kitchen (no cooker). We prolonged the stay for one day and had to pay for one night even more than on booking, which is a bit weird.

Pros: Clean room . Equipment as described with fridge, air conditioning and television. Close to the old center. Shared equipped kitchen.

Cons: There is no elevator..
