Lele (staff member) was so amazing

Pros: Lele is a credit to great service and hospitality. She is a diamond! Very spacious room. Modern enough facilities. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Cons: The hill is a small challenge so if not physically mobile it wouldn’t be for you. We were happy for the exercise after dinner and drinks.

Pros: The stuff is incredible, I forgot something in our room and as I had already left Phuket, they made the effort to contact my hotel in Bangkok it send the item there, so that I can get it back. They didn’t hesitate a minute and didn’t even want me to pay anything - really the best service, thanks again so much! Also the room is very spacious and it’s in a great location, we were able to get everywhere we want by foot. The pool on the top is nice and offers a great view over the beach and stunning sunsets!

Wonderful fully equipped apartment in great area in Patong.

Pros: The friendly and welcoming staff at The Unity were exceptional in assisting us when needed. Thank you. The infinity pool was lovely and long enough to swim laps and the roof area offered terrific panoramic views of the mountains, the town and Patong Bay. Our room had a wonderful view from the long verandah of Patong town and glimpses of the Bay as well. The area was quiet and still close enough to the beach. We highly recommend for service, quiet position, cleanliness and exceptional value for money. We will stay again!

Cons: Up hill only , for elderly people it’s not convenient by foot

Pros: The hotel staff were very kind and helpfull, and the area around the rooftop pool looked amazing.

Cons: Fom the hotel—specifically from the gym, which was rather poorly equipped—it was possible to see litter in the surroundings of the hotel that had clearly been there for a very long time.
