Villa Versace Residence

Absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. And very good value for money!

Pros: Perfect location and just a 10 minute walk to the quieter end of the beach

Cons: Steps to access the property (but worth the view from the terrace in the evenings)

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at the Villa Versace Residence in Phuket and highly recommend it. The villa is beautifully designed, very clean, and extremely comfortable. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed every moment. What truly impressed us was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very professional. After our departure, I realized I had forgotten my phone charging cable, and the team kindly sent it to me by post without any issues. This level of honesty and care is rare. A wonderful place with excellent service — we would definitely stay here again.

Loved the stay here and would defo be staying here again, on my next visit.

Pros: Loved the views, loved everything about thus property

Cons: There were alot of stairs as the property was on the hill, but it didnt bother me much, but it may do if you have mobility issues

Pros: The apartment is excellent, fully equipped, comfortable and clean with lovely view. It's close to the beach and shops . However, the price of wonderful view is steep hill... lots of steps. Also the main road does not have good pavement on one side and crossing the road is somewhat hectic and unnerving. The roof bar and restaurant is also lovely, specially for watching sunset. The bar is fairly pricy but it was worth it for drinks and view.. less so for dinner

Fabulous just do it

Pros: I love the location half way up the hill so most rooms have a fabulous view over the patong and the beach revealing beautiful sunsets each afternoon and providing multiple common balcony areas to enjoy the experience

Cons: Very clean and tidy, lovely friendly staff yet each room and area holds its own special privacy

Pros: The room was luxurious. 5 mins walk to Patong beach.

Cons: The hike to the room.. there is a long way to reach the room. So many stairs

Great place to stay if you are able and fit to take 50 stairs to reach room. Ensure you book pickup and drop from hotel

Pros: Property is clean and well maintained. The host has ensured all necessary things are available in the room. View from the balcony is beautiful with sea view.

Cons: Don’t consider if you cannot take 50 stairs to reach the room. As the room is located above a small cliff.

Versace Villas were amazing!

Pros: Stayed here with friends! The apartments were lovely! Had everything we needed. Also the communal areas were amazing, the views were incredible. Also, the apartments were only a few minutes away from my gym which was really convenient.

Nice place shame about the steps

Cons: Its a steep short walk up the hill to the suites (nothing wrong with the hotel). Also, it’d be great if they had a reception desk for when we needed help.
