Pros: Excellent location , really close to the sea. Apartment was clean and new. close to restaurant ans minimart. very nice host and glad spot to stay for long time. We will choose this everytime we back to Phuket. Nice decolation big size of room with facility.

Cons: if you want very quiet place may not recommend. No apartment close the sea that no people around. but this place is not very loud.
