Mai Khao Beach Apartments

Very pleasant stay

Pros: The property was spacious, clean and offered exactly what we needed, it was an ideal location for Circoloco festival which was only a 15 minute drive away. The apartment is also located within a 10 minute walk to Mai Khao beach which is just STUNNING. There are a handful of restaurants close by and also a 7/11.

Cons: The pool was nice, however it didn’t really get much sun, but this didn’t put us off as we spent our time at the beach instead.

Pros: Clean room, pools were nice, near the Splash Jungle Water Park, the Mai Khao beach was somewhat nearby (in the heat it was a long walk, but the tuktuk taxis were affordable)

Cons: Quite a ways away from the city center so it was harder to reach other tourist attractions

Pros: Хорошие, комфортабельные апартаменты недалеко от пляжа и от магазинов, кафе. Чисто. Кухня, где есть все необходимое, чтобы приготовить завтрак или легкий ужин. На территории несколько бассейнов, всегда есть свободные места на лежаках. Отличный хозяин: встретил в удобное для нас время, все показал, объяснил. Нам нравится район Май Као,- тихо, большой пустынный пляж, но это место не для тех, кому нужны развлечения и тусовки.

Cons: Wi-fi только в общих зонах и интернет плохого качества. Рекомендую купить сим-карту для интернета. В описании есть «вид на море», но реально - моря не видно из-за деревьев,- нас это не расстроило.

Я и моя семья хорошо провели отдых.

Pros: Расположение апартаментов очень удачное, рядом магазины, до пляжа примерно 10 минут пешком, большой бассейн.

Cons: Негде оставить багаж при выселении, очень не удобно если у вас поздний вылет.

Pros: Просторный номер, большой балкон. Под окнами бассейн, но в нем почти никто не купался, поэтому было нешумно. Комната выходит на запад, у горизонта видно идущие на посадку самолеты (шума нет). Пляж в 10 минутах, магазины и кафешки в шаговой доступности. С парковкой проблем нет. Хозяин быстро отвечает, всегда на связи.

Cons: Вайфай только в местах общего пользования.

Pros: Nice place on the Mai Khao beach. 800 meters to the sea shore. Not far from the airport landing view. We had the view on the pool and jungle. There was a kitchen so you can cook breakfast or any meal you want in the apartment. The location was perfect, and very nice and helpful owner of the apartment he was always ready to help. Be ready to pay the 120 $ deposit after checking in, but if you will not break anything in the apartment , the owner will return all the money back.

Résidence sympa mais appartenant négligé dommage

Pros: L’emplacement, le restaurant situé à 3mn un régal (Suzifin food and drinks) les piscines. Residence très calme et proche de la mer mais attention à la route vous y emmenant la nuit.

Cons: Propreté laisse à désirer, à notre arrivée il restait 2 gâteaux dans le frigo (donc le frigo n’a pas été ouvert après le départ des anciens locataires), du sable dispersé un peu partout dans l’appartement ainsi que sur les tables de chevets, les wc n’ont pas été nettoyé et encore moins désinfecté car des traces et des poils était présent. Ma femme a passé une lingette blanche désinfectante elle a finit jaune marron. C’est précisé dans l’annonce mais si vous venez à 3, une personne devra dormir dans le canapé et payer 500 bahts pour les draps ce qui est hors de prix je trouve

Pros: Bon rapport qualité/prix, belle vue du balcon, grande chambre et la plage est à 10 minutes

Cons: Isolation phonique pas très efficace on entend bien ce qui se passe à côté
